Very spacious and clean store. Easy to find any sporting goods you’re in the market for. A great place to get new shoes and find a gift. Athletic clothes, ranging from gym, basketball, golf, tennis etc.

I had a great experience, I think it was the guy name Josh who helped me. He was so helpful and patient . This man deserves a raise the way he handled the crowd. Thank you Josh, I love my Hoka 😍

One of the best place to shop during holiday. Staff is really friendly and they will go above and beyond to accommodate customer. I am not sure which manager helped me but he was truly amazing.

Had a wonderful shoe shopping experience with the help of Jack and Tatiana! Tatiana came over to me as soon as I approached to offer her assistance. Jack brought out several different shoes for me to try with helpful information about each style and tips about which would best fit my lifestyle! The shoes I chose were so comfortable that I wore them out of the store. Would definitely recommend.

Just experienced exemplary customer care by associate, David at the Kennesaw Ga location! We purchased a set of golf clubs that were extremely heavy. David was managing the golf dept by himself at the time however; he patiently and graciously offered to take credit card payment in the dept vs our having to go downstairs and wait in check out and ALSO carried the clubs out to our car! A very pleasant experience…thank you, David!

Excellent service today. I came in looking for cleats after having been in earlier in the week. The associate today was very helpful. I don't recall his name because I was in a hurry and didn't get a good look at his name tag, Javon, maybe. Anyways, if the associate on Tuesday evening was as helpful it would have saved me an extra trip and the rubs to other stores.

This place literally has everything you need for sports and fitness. The staff was really helpful, loved the rock climbing wall and the odd but good snacks near checkout. Never heard of Supreme Taco flavored sunflower seeds before!

First time visitor, will definitely return. Huge store, organized, clean, all of the staff was friendly and greeted us. The guy that helped us (i think Billy?)was very kind and informative. Every single employee we encountered seemed to genuinely enjoy being there and it left a great impression.

I love Dick’s Sporting Goods. Great atmosphere and very organized. Friendly helpful staff. They need to work on making the back elevator more accessible to the mobility cart—I got stuck in the door. Otherwise no complaints! Just be prepared to pay for good service and good quality.

Well I was there about 3 months ago. I was making a purchase, & they offered me a $40 in store credit if I apply for their credit card. So I do that & the process for getting this $40 is complex & to my surprise the $40 gift card is only good for 2 months & then it expired. Now your wondering why after all this I give them 5 stars. So here it is... Called the card company & they tell me my card has expired. & I'm like really only 2 months? I couldn't imagine it expiring before at least a year's time. So the gentleman I'm on the phone with says he's going to call the store manager. So he does & between the three of us the manager agrees to reinstate my gift card. Happy Ending thanks to all involved.

Absolutely love this DSG store! The associates are usually relatively familiar with each Department and if they don't know they do their best to find someone who can help. And the cashiers always give fast checkouts and friendly customer service. Retail can be a hassle sometimes, but I've always been very satisfied at this store!

Pricing is not a reason to not like a store. There is more to a store than just the prices. These guys in the outdoor department really know their stuff. The store is neat and clean and the people are friendly and willing to help the customer. The return policy is excellent. The rewards program saved me 100 bucks on my last purchase of 200. You wont get that deal at any online store. Support your local retailer!

The staff here is friendly, super helpful, and quite cute. I've had multiple team members help me in areas that weren't theirs. They even took the time to discuss goalie gloves with my son, check for other sizes in the back, and tell me about upcoming events that would help me save money.

The store itself is HUGE! Two-stories tall and attached to the Field & Stream next door. Plus, they're always having some kind of experiential event that is fun and interesting.
