Express

I am very happy with the store at Town center mall Kennesaw -GA. The customer service is really good at focusing on what customers need and require. I usually shop during the weekends and one of the leader sales ( Erick ) had a real instinct to understand what I was looking for. He is a very nice and polite young man.

I received excellent service from Quintin and Eve, two of the most Fashion Forward associates. Thanks guys, you made my Birthday a memorable event.

I love this store. The employees there clearly work very hard and go above and beyond to always help me. I feel as each customer has their own way to shopping and it's very important to be able to get what we need or what we are looking for when we go to a store. The Express at Town center mall has a great customer service and especially when the employee Erick is working. He goes above and beyond. He knows all about the clothes and tries very hard to help you find what you want. He is the main reason for my 5 stars 🌟

The managers there clearly work their hardest despite how understaffed they are they always make sure I’m okay and go above and beyond to help me. I feel as customers we should be more understanding of how hard retail can get especially during the holidays and them not having enough of a team. I appreciate still being able to shop there considering other places close due to being understaffed. 10/10 will shop again!

Great selection on men's suits and I love that they offer short styles for woman's pants! Everyone who works here is so helpful.

Clean store staff was nice. They need to fix the Express app. Lucky I had my card but the app allows or atleast offers the ability scan your phone but it doesn't work for some reason. Lucky I didn't leave my son to pay and walk away. Charge card issue than can be fixed.

AnnMarie the store manager is super amazing. She goes out of her way to help anyone. I am so pleased and happy with her customer service. Will definitely go there again.
