The service was great at the towne center location. The guy that helped us didn't mind showing us multiple shoes and answering our questions. He ended up selling us 2 pairs!!!

I ordered sneakers online for my son and I wanted to pick them up before I headed the long drive home. They were set to be ready at 4p then it pushed back to 6p and I couldn’t stick around so I mentioned it to two employees, Tiffany and Dai. They both were excellent, friendly and professional. Dai went in the back and unboxed them and sent me on my way. I was thankful they got me in and out because traffic was crazy. Good customer service!

I frequent this store offen and every time a very pleasant experience. The staff there are very friendly.

The store manager at this location was great. I had an issue with some shoes I got from the lenox location and the girl manager there was very rude and not helpful. The store manager at Kennesaw, Cornell, helped exchange my baby shoes and we were very satisfied. Great service! I will return.

This store had the Air Force 1’s that my son wanted for Christmas and all of the other stores were sold out of. Just happened to look in while walking by as we were leaving and saw them on the wall. Check them out for great prices and selection.
