Amazing grocery store with good selection and very competitive prices. Great for all your grocery needs.

I decided to check out this market and I was super impressed! Prices are excellent especially with inflation raising the prices of groceries. The bakery section is simple but very good.

It was a good experience. They have everything you need plus at good prices

Great little grocery store. Lots of house brands and not a ton of of the brand names you might otherwise expect in a supermarket, but the house brands are great IMHO.

Great store almost like Aldi and Trader Joe's

Many things run out of stock very fast... but is anyway cheap and the quality is pretty good!

Iidl is not your typical grocery store, and it's continuously improving. Every time I visit, I notice more and more cars filling up the parking lot. It a store worth exploring.

First time shopping there and the experience was quite pleasant. Being a newbie I had a lot of questions and asked multiple employees at different times for assistance and they were all helpful. Pricing was as I had been told to be better then other local markets. Actually bought more than we had gone in for. Will definitely shop there more often.

I didn't get a lot of time in the store to look at everything but there are definitely some good discounts on certain items that you would term as loss leaders. What I really went to see was what their seafood and butcher department looked like. In a word, disappointing. Back when it was Best Market, they had the best seafood at the best prices and always fresh, so it was my "go to" place for lower price and quality. Lidl has no such thing, all their seafood is prepackaged so I'll probably never buy anything from that department. As far as the fresh meats are concerned it's pretty much the same thing. For me, the appeal of their pre-packaged meats is a negative unless you are just looking for regular ground beef, turkey, etc . Too bad they couldn't carry forward some of those things from Best Market because when it came to seafood and meats, they were the best.

However, that being said, I have visited the store maybe 10 times by now and I have to say that they score very highly on most all of their other products. You will find things there that you will not see in other stores and some of their pricing just cannot be beat... Also, the quality of their produce items in many ways is superior to places like Stop and Shop and King Kullen.

Overall, I highly recommend you visit there a few times and get to know what they have to offer. You will save significantly on some staple items like eggs, orange juice, cheeses and butter. Although they do not have a made to order deli counter, they do provide a reasonable selection of most popular cold cuts packaged freshly sliced at very reasonable prices. They also have some aisles of clothing, kitchenware items and who knows what else... I picked up a very nice looking large sunshade adjustable umbrella at the end of the season that I'm looking forward to trying out next summer as it seems to be perhaps European in origin and has different configurations that you can change to use it in different ways, got it for $25.!!

Go there for sure, take some time to browse carefully, and you will definitely walk out feeling that it was worth the trip and time.

We are very pleased with my first week’s purchases.The value and quality were worth the wait for the store to open. I was back today to buy more of the things we bought last week and to try some additional offerings. The store is nicely arranged and the staff very helpful.

Excellent selection, good prices and great sales. Also very convenient hours - open til 11PM on Sundays. I eat gluten free and was pretty happy with their variety of gluten free products. There is also an impressive selection of cheeses in the deli, and their store brand cold cuts are great quality for a good price.

Great items at great prices. I go here once or twice week. Best prices I've found but don't carry everything your typical supermarket does but that's fine.

Awesome store. Didn't hear about these until I stumbled upon this one in town. They have a great selection of fresh fruits and veggies. They also have a good selection of craft beer! You can mix and match and make your own six pack. They also have whole six packs of many different brands. Love this store! Check out the pastry area too!

Today I shopped at Lidl in Oceanside New York what an amazing supermarket! from the variety of breads at the bakery to the delicious seafood in the frozen section Lidl has a variety of everything! Quick trips make this place a great visit. Selection of beer makes it quite fun to shop for get-togethers. Easy access to parking lot. Selection of items is pretty average. Deli and bakery selection is top quality. Sushi and juice bar sets it apart from other grocery stores. Produce section is large and fully stocked.

This place is amazing to shop at! The staff is so friendly, especially the cashiers :). They have a great selection on all items, and the produce is so varied! There's always great prices on all items and they frequently send out coupons. Totally worth shopping here!!!

Cool store .. good for some things and you have to know what your going for . Definately can find some good finds in the middle section . Staff is nice in general.found great stuff for my backyard ... lots of seasonal stuff for different holidays too...

I’ve only heard of this store, but finally one opened up near me. I decided to take a shot, glad I did. I am a long time target shopper and have been shopping at the new Aldi in Valley Stream. I am thrilled to be shopping at Lidl. The prices are excellent and have helped me save. I have compared Lidl to the other two stores that I go to. While Aldi and Lidl are very similar in price, unfortunately what I spend on gas to get to Aldi and Target is costly. I do go to Stop and Shop for the sales, yet Lidl is still better priced at times. Just shopping for meat is an even better deal at Lidl than the other stores. They have brands that I haven’t heard of, but it’s worth trying. My family loves the products so far and haven’t complained. I love the European foods especially because my family is from there. Make sure to have the app on your phone to save as well. If you haven’t tried it yet it’s a must!
