Tray and Dakota are absolute gems! They were both so kind and patient throughout my whole experience, taking time to answer all of my many questions. Couldn’t recommend either of them or McFarland US Cellular more!

Michelle and Clara deserve a big raise! They were both willing to take as much time and effort as needed to resolve my phone service issues. They always have a constant stream of people coming in the door they have to juggle and they did it with so well. It was reassuring that they were so knowledgeable and caring and able to think outside of the box. They definitely go above and beyond!

Garth has taken great care of my account, helping us with our last 4 phones. With the last one, he kept me from making a big mistake because he knew something didn't look right, even though I insisted. He was right, and if he hadn't double-checked, I would have made a big mess. Good looking out Garth!

Staff is always friendly and on top of things here at this location. Something that can't be said at all the agent stores. Some of them have staff that don't really seem to know what they are doing. But Garth is a long-time employee, which I highly appreciate. Thank you to both he and Zach, the store manager who is always a friendly and helpful! Nice job! Love my new phone and the help I got setting everything up!

I came into the store to begin a new line, I was helped by Michelle S and found her very helpful and knowledgeable about the different devices. She was was able to get the phone I wanted delivered the same day even though it was unavailable in this store. I am very happy with my experience and loving my Galaxy s22 Ultra

Had a great experience today. Clara was very patient and gave me many good tips about using my new phone. I asked a ton of questions and she answered them all. She also did not pressure me to buy more than needed. Very impressed!

Always happy with the service - and Garth is great! I love that he multitasks to try and keep customers "moving". He also follow-up afterwards to make sure things are going smoothly. It was my son who recommended him saying he knows his stuff and makes the process quick. Don't get me wrong, we did have issues but for the most part that was on us, and it did take longer than I had hopped by not anyone's fault.

My fiancé and I had the best experience with Michelle Simons at this location. My fiancé had a phone emergency and Michelle stayed an hour and a half past closing time to help us. Wonderful customer service. Will recommend to any friends and family moving forward.

Five stars for service. My representative was so friendly and answered all my questions. I had gone to US Cellular at East town in Madison r for a new phone purchase 12-15 months ago the young man made everything sound so hard and difficult as I was trying to get a new phone. I was told to go home and back up my records for my photos and my contacts. He told me that procedure would take me several hours to do. I left with nothing done to put me into a new contract with a new phone. McFarland US Cellular Clara answered questions, explained, and copied all my documents from my old phone to my new phone in 40 minutes!!! What a wonderful employee you have!!

Michelle was very helpful in assisting me with the phone I needed and is very knowledgeable in her job. She gave me several pointers I did not know about and spent time customizing my phone. Very happy with my experience there!

I took my Dad here to get a new phone a couple months ago and had the pleasure of working with Clara. My Dad has always had the old school flip phone and was considering going to a smartphone. Clara was so helpful and kind we walked with a brand new phone! She even texted me later in the week to make sure he was doing good! We are going back today to get my grandma a new phone. Highly reccomend, they are fantastic!

After finding the “new” location, I found Michelle ready to help me. In my mind, no easy task, as I wanted a switch to iPhone, my purchase window was small (local store closed), supply issues present, & USC computers had been down. It was a bit of a chess game for her, but any roadblocks were handled with ease. Michelle demonstrated exceptional skills & knowledge, got the job done, & fully answered my iOS & billing questions. Diligent & straightforward, she’s also quite time efficient, but had no qualms about re-explaining some items to me. A terrific USC Rep. Kudos, Michelle!

I've been going to this location for many years since the customer service is above and beyond. Garth is amazing at his job, and is the sole reason we have stayed with us cellular for so long. I'd give 20 stars if I could.
