We recently had new carpeting, as well as wood flooring, installed by Bisbee's. The entire process went pretty smoothly. Taila was a joy to work with on our project. Would highly recommend!

We love the new hardwood maple floor in our living room. So much cleaner and more cheerful than the old carpet. The installers were very skillful and friendly. It took one full day and they were prompt on the day they scheduled.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have purchased carpeting from Bisbee's twice, and both times I have been very pleased with the service I received. In fact, although the purchases were made more than a year apart, they remembered my name without having to look up my account. They allowed me to take home a whole stack of sample boards and helped me determine what would work for my concrete radiant heated floors. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. Best yet, the second time they gave me at 20% discount on the total price for being a return customer. While the selection may not be as large as other stores, I will use Bisbee's again and again.

Bisbee's did my entire house years ago when we built, and we've went back twice for more recent projects to finish a room in the basement and replace some damaged carpert in a bedroom. Great selection of products and phenomenal service!

Bisbee's, in McFarland, is a real pleasure to work with. The owner, David, is very knowledgeable and accommodating; willing to come out for a free measurement at the drop of a hat. The Customer Service is excellent as well. Taila is extremely quick at producing Sales Orders, samples and answers. I highly recommend this vendor.
