I’ve been with T-Mobile for a long time. I’ve been encouraging my parents to make the switch. We came in and Mike made the process seamless. My parents are now T-Mobile customers.

Tiffani and Larelle were super helpful and knowledgeable. The service these ladies provide is one of the reasons I stay with Tmobile.

I had such a great experience there today! Larelle and Tiffani were excellent! I had switched from Verizon and they made sure I was given the best service! They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything and explained everything as thorough as possible! I highly recommend this store!

Went to return my WiFi box and they were very helpful no bad vibes no question no hard feeling or issues. Took my box back no problem no extra charges and included return receipt without asking great location and representation of t mobile customer service

They always help me get the best options on phones and plans.

Unfortunately my phone wasn't covered due to my own fault. Staff worked hard to keep me as a customer. Someone else was in there screaming about a similar problem. She didn't want to acknowledge her own mistake. I felt bad for the staff who had to endure her wrath. They kept it professional as she went full getto on them. Hats off for the staff. IDK if I could have if I was them.

If you are looking to get a phone or anything from t mobile please go to this store. I bought phones from the Boothwyn store and the guy messed up my account. I have been talking to 14 agents on the phone until I went to this store to ask for help because nobody would go the extra mile except for the manager Josh and James Harris at this store. I didn’t even buy my phones here and they are helping me get what I originally was supposed to have. I will never go to another store again and I will highly recommend this store to everyone. Hopefully this will eventually get resolved. Thank you Josh and James for all your help. You guys are truly the best.

Joshua was absolutely delightful! He made sure that I understood all of the information he shared on each phone we discussed. He is extremely knowledgeable! He also had a lot of patience with me, as I was very indecisive about which phone to purchase. At the end of the session, I didn't purchase a phone because the store didn't have the phone I wanted. Cindy was also amazing! She and Joshua worked well together, as they were side by side helping me and another customer. Cindy made sure to make her customer happy after her customer had a bad experience at another T-Mobile store. The customer left very happy about her new purchase! The entire experience was a pleasure, and I will definitely be back! Thank you Josh! Thank you Cindy! I was waiting to get the survey text from T-Mobile so that I could complete it, but I didn't get it. If I did, I would give Joshua and Cindy 10's across the board!

John is one the the best employees I have come across at t-mobile. He has been very very helpful ever since I have been with t-mobile. He is my go to person whenever I have questions regarding my bill or my phone or any new deals coming up. He is always professional and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. I have recommended John to multiple friends and family, they have always been satisfied with his service and his patience with customers. If you go the store be sure to request him.

Great service from top to bottom. Our Rep Makefield was friendly and honest. When our phones came in and we needed data transfered from our old phones, Darren the Manager was helpful and accommodating. Great experience and saving money!

David Olsen is one of the best employees I have encountered with T-Mobile, always courteous and friendly, very knowledgable I can always count on him to figure out and solve any issue I have come across. I have dealt with David over the last 5 years at least, I feel very comfortable coming to that store knowing he is there to handle anything I throw at him. Wouldn't leave T- Mobile probably because of his customer service history with me!

First let me start by saying I just purchased a security camera for my remote property that needed a SIM card to work as there is no WiFi access. When purchasing the camera, the company told me that T-Mobile was one of the few cellular companies that supported this camera. I had Sprint cellular service at the time and spoke to them in length about this matter of which they were not able to help me at all. I ended up going to a T-Mobile store located in Delaware (store #5037) and spoke to the manager that was working, and he assured me that he would be able to help me out with this situation and he assigned Mobile Expert David Olson to work with me. From the very start of the process while with Dave, I noticed how patient, polite & attentive he was towards my wants and needs. I ended up switching my 2 phone lines over to T-Mobile as it was cheaper for me as I needed unlimited data for the camera recording. Dave helped me go through the process of switching my phone lines over from Sprint as he spoke to their rep a couple of times and he also made sure that our camera was working properly before we left the store. I cannot say enough about the dealings I had with T-Mobile that evening especially the helpfulness and professionalism that was given me by Dave. T-Mobile should be greatly appreciative that an individual like Dave works for them and represents their company. Thanks again for all the great service and FIVE STARS TO DAVID OLSON!

I had the greatest customer service experience I've ever had since being a T mobile customer for almost 10 years now over the black Friday weekend. A representative in the store by the name of A.B. really helped me out. She knew a lot about the products offered and answered all my questions above and beyond. The system blacked yet she still went above and beyond and I really felt great about my purchase when it was all said and done. They need give her a promotion indeed

There was couple in the store being very rude while and associate was trying to do her job. The associate Alissa didn't raise her voice or get mad. She calmly did her job and then proceeded to help them with the problem they had. Great customer service 👏

Dave Olson was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable sales representative.
He did an exceptional job making all photo and contacts were transferred to from our iPhone to our Samsung phones. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested purchasing a cellular device.

Arif was AMAZING. I haven't been treated so well in a long long time. He was very professional, and took his time to address several problems that came up and never got frustrated. I'd recommend this store without hesitation and Arif specifically.
