Clean store and helpful employees! Usually they have amazing deals!

This Walgreens still has cigarettes for $7 and change (Right now they’re close to $10 everywhere else)!

This is kind of a weird location. They keep really low varieties and quantities of products, probably because they are in the same strip mall as a Giant. They do have a pharmacy, but it closes at 7pm during the week, which isn’t really helpful or competitive as compared to nearby chain locations. The staff are generally nice, but not overly helpful.

As I waited to be checked out today the woman lazily coming up to the checkout counter was in the middle of a personal conversation with someone else on her earbuds. She didn’t acknowledge me until I said hello to her (which was an interruption to her conversation). Then I had a question about the items I was purchasing and again felt I had to interrupt her personal chat. Once the transaction was complete she said nothing to me as I picked up my unbagged items and left. The entire store was covered in huge boxes in various states of being unpacked and half the store is under lock and key. I would have had to call for help to have someone unlock the dryer sheets. Is it any wonder why people are going online to shop? I’d rather go online to buy my $5.99 dryer sheets than have to wait for someone to come over and make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them to unlock the door. Then to be treated as a non-human by the checkout person, it’s just so disheartening. Customer service is truly dead.

While the store was never a five star experience, for years it ran fairly efficiently with a clean store front, nice lighting, and a semi professional staff. The shelves were usually stocked, prices fairly accurate, and trash was quickly removed from the aisles.

Unfortunately those days are apparently gone for good. Instead we now have a store that has trash littering the aisles, broken down refrigerator units, mislabeled price tags, unprofessional customer service, and worse, management that seems to just not care.

One has to truly wonder if the company is just writing off this store, soon to close the location or just wants to milk money without as little effort to provide service as possible.

So I was told I couldn’t purchase something today at the walgreens on falls road…because a employee hasn’t purchased it yet. When I worked there we couldn’t hold on what we wanted to buy. It’s been sitting there for days-maybe about a week.…That employee must be waiting for a sale to hit before they even buy them. That team needs to get their act together 🤬

lazy closing up at 7:00 because "the machines are down". pulling the classic mcdonalds ice cream machine trick. Lady calling the"manager" laughing and talking quietly with him. u even talkin about the machines cuz hail nah. meanwhile lady in front of me warns cashiers of people stealing and junkies speed walking out the doors with hoods up and cashiers said "the managers told us theres nothing we can do". classic baltimore i guess

My son is on medication. He takes pills at home and in school. Karen the pharmacist told me the date of when I can fill the prescription. So with first day of school, I gave what I had to them knowing I would be getting a new bottle. I went to pick up the script and was told by Carlos it was too soon. I explained to him that wasn't what was told to me that I could pick it up on the 29th and he said she should of looked in the computer. She also did that. He wouldn't give me emergency pills under my sons insurance...that I would have to pay. He was rude and unprofessional. I don't like the way that i have been treated lately and seriously considering changing sites. I've heard horror stories from other people. I give them no stars. They are too uncaring.

absolutely horrible. they constantly deny my refils and say my insurance company won't let them refill it, yet when i call my insurance company they say they already approved the refill. i transferred a few of my medications, the ones they said my insurance wasn't approving, to another pharmacy and now i have absolutely no trouble getting refills. this pharmacy is an absolute joke

Sign says they should be open, but they are closed. Also the selection of everything is terrible. Was a lot nicer when it was a cvs.

So many things under lock and lines for the one cash register. One item shouldnt take several staff you don't even have and 20 minutes of time, it should be 2-5 minutes.
