They helped me with my purchase & made it easy & kinda fun. I'm the lady who bought all the clearance stuff then went back the next day & bought 2 winter shawls. I'm obsessed with this one. Thanks sweety.

Great shopping experience. The customer service was on point. I went to another popular retailer prior to stopping in Cato, and no one tried to help me, so I left. But when I came into Cato, both ladies were so helpful, and I ended up getting a really cute business casual outfit for my trip. From now on, this store will be my first stop when shopping for clothes and other accessories.

Love this location but Miss Rita has retired.😢 I hope Cato has someone as good to fill her shoes.
Some of their new apparel is not as "fresh" as I think it could be. Prices are good and the staff is friendly (except the new mgr 😡).

I noticed Queen B didn't give a good review because of the lack of courtesy. Well that's got to be her own attitude, because that is truly the reason I returned after my first visit. The kindness of the store manager, Ann!

Boutique quality, experienced sales... genuine friendly faces... The two lovely women that manned this store Wednesday evening on 10/2/19 had just managed a rush of business... afterwards, they spent time talking to my friends and I , making sure that we found what we were looking for... I couldn't find a blouse in my size that I really wanted, and they called quite a few stores for me... They were out of stock, so that was my only possibility... they found it, and now I own it.. This is why I shop at CATO. They care, they go above and beyond. They know their merchandise. They give you personal assistance. CATO has quality clothes, many of their Plus sizes are lined... I just love them.

I love this store. The staff is so friendly and Management is attentive. They always go out of their way to find what I am looking for. And remind me about going to the website and ship to store free shipping service. They even call other stores to find my size. This is true customer service.

I usually buy from Catos because they carry upbeat clothing where other stores only carry clothing for larger women that look like you're going to a funeral. The only drawback is their brand of shirts, blouses are a bit short compared to their closest competitor. Staff is friendly, store is clean. I would recommend them.

The sales representatives at Cato are just so helpful and kind.... Especially at the Josey Street store in Carrollton. They go the extra mile and treat their customers as though we are special and not interruptions to them. They have different brands and clothes which you don't see in the regular department stores. I can almost always find something there, usually more than one item. I wish there were one closer to me, perhaps within a mile of my home. LOL.

This is my spot. Staff is so wonderful. Ms beautiful as I call her is the best down to earth kind sweet person.

My favorite place to go for accessories and shoes. They also have a good selection of clearance items. The staff is very nice and always ask how can they assist.
