Quick efficient service. I returned an Amazon order and my AT&T equipment.

I have shipped items here and also taken my Amazon returns here. They are really nice and efficient. I have never had to wait very long for help at this UPS. Friendly and pleasant service every time. When I need them pack Christmas gifts they always do it well.

Love this location. I'm new to shipping larger orders, and the manager here Darrell is super helpful. The whole team is really nice. They've educated me on what boxes I'll need to purchase, assisted me with estimated delivery times, and although I'm always coming in with yet another question they help me get it answered and me on my way. Even with a line I've never been in store waiting for assistance longer than a few minutes. Super efficient, and I'm grateful for the team that keeps this place running. This is the only location I visit, and I make sure to recommend them whenever anyone needs the services they provide. Thank you!

I've worked with Darryl diligently for the past 2 years! He has always been top notch! Best Customer Service Ever! Makes you feel like Family! I've been in the store when It's super busy and personally witnessed Him treat each and every customer with care! Again, its an honor to have such a gem in our Community. I drop a package 2 month ago for returning Verizon router but I got bill 2 month later for not returning old router. I have receipt for drop off the package but I couldn't find it so I called and Darrell, manager/owner, answered and tracked the package and gave me the tracking number so I could give that tracking number to Verizon for refund router charge. Anyway, he could do something else for his store but he did spend very good time and call me back for tracking number. I could see Verizon can track that package with their own tracking system and router serial# but simply not doing and ask customer’s responsible but one store manager was willing to look for and find the package. It was absolutely great service and I hope I can see a lot of business hold service like this.

Simply AMAZING place to go to! You must go and visit Darrell! He is one of the nicest person you can connect with -- he will guide you through any of the challenges which you are facing! I would ALWAYS go to this particular UPS because of Darrell's customer service! Keep up the GREAT work Darrell!

This UPS Store is probably the best UPS Store I've been to and I've been to a lot. Everytime I go in they are so helpful and quick. The store is so clean and are nice people.

Stopped by to RMA a package of some Computer equipment I purchased online, I didn't have all of the supplies I needed and it was a mess. The store had everything I needed and the gentleman at the store was super nice and helped me get it packaged properly and sent back without a hitch! I would most definitely do business here again!

Darrell is excellent to work with. Most of the time he already has my packages and mail pulled by the time I reach the counter. I highly recommend using his store for all the services he offers.
