I recently purchased a new washer from Best Buy, and I must say their customer service was excellent. The installation went smoothly without any issues, unlike my previous experiences with other companies. Even stacking my old dryer to the new washer was handled seamlessly. This is my second significant purchase from Best Buy, and once again, they delivered a hassle-free experience. I'll definitely continue choosing Best Buy for my future purchases.

Thank goodness I ran into Ricardo - he figured out how to transfer the data from my very damaged smart phone to a new one. He was very experienced and intelligent in his approach to tackling the issue. He even stayed to fix the issue even though his shift was over. I am so grateful and impressed at his professionalism and expertise. Thanks, Ricardo, what a lifesaver!!

Great prices and selection. Associates are very helpful and friendly. Price matching policy means that I only have to shop at one place: Best Buy!

Had speakers, amps & sub woofer installed in our 65 Nova SS about a month ago. Afterwards, We bought a bass adjuster and couldn't get it to work correctly. So we had the awesome installer Colin at Best Buy help us get the adjuster hooked up correctly. We bought the geek squad set up when we purchased all the speakers etc. That's the best deal you can do.

My computer had been acting up recently (slower processing, battery wouldn't last, etc.).
I was afraid I'd need to update my laptop (unexpectedly); I actually purchased my laptop through Best Buy, a few years ago - a Lenovo - Yoga 720, 2-in-1, 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Platinum Silver, in the beginning of 2018.

Luckily, Oscar V. (General Manager for this store) helped me on a previous purchase, and guided me to their 'Geek Squad' department.
Where, Katrina (Geek Squad Supervisor: diagnosis), Joseph (email follow-up w/necessary equipment link), Devin (actually swapped battery) - (and a very nice young man who gave me a distinct..🤔 South-East-Asian/Super-Hero vibe - I totally didn't get his name🤦🏻‍♂...Super-Hero man👀, I'm so sorry..🙋🏻‍♂😬 - U rock tho..!!).

Best Buy is usually quite chill, and it's not like I don't like this chain if I'm fixing my 5 year old computer at the same chain I bought it @ - However, this particular store is REALLY chill, I might pull-up w/some cafecito one day and just chill w/the staff...super nice people..!!!
.. And, I felt like they looked-out on account of customer loyalty and such..🧐 (I don't think they'd run me out of the store, had I not purchased the computer there - but, I think you know what I mean..🤗🧐).
Also, Oscar. V. was extra sweet to my elderly Mom, on a previous occasion, details like that are not overlooked!!

I had a wonderful experience with Sales person Shanes, she was very polite and extremely helpful. She knows exactly what Customer Service is about. Sadly, I tried giving her a complaint with the Floor Manager on duty and he was not very responsive to the complaint I was giving about an excellent associate he has! I hope the Store Manager of this location can really recognize and give appropriate their associates.

My review is specifically for Ryan at the phone desk! I came in on Black Friday to get an iPhone and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He had the long line moving! Thank you Ryan for a great Best Buy experience.

First time I can honestly say that I am satisfied with a company. The staff at the location I purchased my TV at was friendly and accommodating, especially Kimberly and Kevin. Kimberly was the only one that greeted me when I visited your location so when I was ready to make my purchase I went looking for her because I thought your employees were paid by commission and I felt she deserved it. When it was time to do curbside pickup for my TV the next day Kevin was AMAZING. I'm 9 months pregnant as a first time mom and couldn't figure out how to remove my car seat to make my 75 inch TV fit in the back of my CRV and I started panicking because I was holding you guys past closing time and thought I had to come back another day (the installation was scheduled the following morning before your store would open so I was freaking out) but Kevin went online and as he put it worked "smart not hard" and was able to remove the car seat for me in a matter of minutes. When I went to tip him he refused to accept my tip even though he was SWEATING from everything I put him through. Amazing customer service for sure. And the installation the next day was fast and painless. The gentlemen that did the installation were very courteous and knew what they were doing...they did it right the first time and in a blink of an eye. LOVE the quality of professionalism and customer service that was provided by this company, it's employees and affiliates overall. Will be returning and sending all of my friends and family to this location. THANK YOU!!!

This store has a larger selection ( in stock)of lap tops then the one in Aventura and less crowded, with nicer Staff Gents to assist and even throw in some discount on warranties . A young handsome, knowledgable fellow Juan is my go to guy now !!!

Just came to pick up a cord nothing special but I have to say I've always liked Best Buy as a company they backs up their name and their products. They offer you product protection if something brakes or goes wrong they take care of you... I'm coming back to pick up a laptop next week...

I love Best Buy. They have so many cool things to look at. This store is very clean and well organized. The employees were pleasant and helpful but not pushy. The lines were pretty long as they only had 2 cashiers , but still, it moved pretty quick. I enjoyed being there. No complaints here.

Absolutely love Best Buy on University Drive! It's like a tech wonderland. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have everything you could dream of in electronics. Great vibes and fantastic finds – my go-to spot for all things tech!

Bestbuy has stealth deals others just can't beat. Fish around on their site before buying. You'd be surprised when you can trade in an old device and end up cheaper than other online retailers. Pixel pro 8 was a great score with the trade in deal.

Always A Good Shopping experience here. Not Ghetto like the other Best Buy’s in south florida. Everyone here is very helpful and Guided! I always Shop here! Bought a Drone. Camera and some speakers and a 65 inch Samsung… some headphones too.

U can always find the latest electronics for you or a loved ones. Super friendly and educated staff. I highly recommend I mean there is no other like it around anymore.

Really appreciated the help from one of the staff Cameron in getting a TV we couldn’t find. I also had no idea what sound bar to get at an affordable price and he found us one that happened to be 50% off so I saved a lot of money. Overall great experience in this store everyone was super friendly and helpful

Went to Best Buy in the Tower Shops in Davie FL to upgrade a cell phone. Went to the AT&T store first and they had nothing in stock. Not only did Best Buy have the phone we wanted in stock, but David in the phone department was amazing! Super helpful, friendly and patient and took care of everything. If you need a phone go see David; he will take great care of you. Thanks David!
