Customer service yesterday was fantastic! Honestly the best we have had at any Home Depot in a long time. We typically shop at a different store that is closer to our house but this location ended up having everything we needed in one stop.

Carlos helped me get a bathroom vanity down, he was super helpful and very friendly. And Arnold in the paint department was extremely helpful with all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable as to what paint we needed for each project we were working on.

It's truly the little things that go a long way these days, something as simple as both being so friendly, willing to help us and answer our questions, and just smiling goes a really long way in our book.

Was very fortunate to be greeted in the paint department by Phoenix. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the products and even assisted us to the cashier. Thank you Phoenix. You are the best! I am so upset that I lost our receipt and can not fill out the survey. We did speak to a supervisor and she gave a shout out to him. Thanks again for such a nice experience. 👍😊

This store is incredible. Stocked well. Items you can’t find in any other Home Depot. I find the most beautiful snow globe. A gingerbread house. The house lights up and stirs the glitter like it is snowing. The customer service is awesome. Because the price on the scan came up at a penny, the manager gave me the globe for free. He said Happy Holidays. It’s beautiful. The globe could be in a high end store. I Home Depot carries unique ornaments and toys once once a year at Christmas. I have seen similar globes like this at other stores for triple the prices. Great store and a great manager.

I went to home depot to look for the viral Christmas tree. While looking for the tree Danitza approached us and asked us if we needed any help and we told her that we were looking for the T27 tree. She went above and beyond to find if this store had any in stock, called multiple stores to see if they had the matching inventory count. She was able to place one on hold for us at a different store. She really took her time with us and was the one that offered to call multiple stores to see if any had the tree available. We were able to get this sold out everywhere tree at a different store thanks to her.

We visited this Home Depot last week just to get ideas & information on new blinds. We were fortunate to encounter Yol who was very engaging, jovial, knowledgeable & professional. Although we were only looking, Yol was very patient & helpful in guiding us to a decision to use Home Depot's services. Would highly recommend this location & Yol (5+ stars for him !!).

Best store to go when you need items for gardening,painting,construction and their staff members are very knowledgeable and professional. And don’t forget that during Xmas they will be selling Christmas decorations,lights and Xmas trees. I highly recommend this store!

I came to the store to purchase a range, I knew what I wanted because I have seen it before, yet, Brad Scoggings, kitchen designer gave me a few points I was not aware. He was very helpful, friendly and help me open up a new credit account for a discount. Coming back to purchase my dishwasher next.

Where do I start... always a positive experience at this Home depot. Courteous friendly and very helpful staff. Specially Mr. Edward Dixon, he went above and beyond to help me from the moment I walked in, I was lost and he took me to the correct section and even help me select what I needed for my project and assisted me with my wood cutting and selection 🙌🏽 heaven sent and if I could I would give him a promotion or raise!!! Great Job guys... keep it up 😊

In our time of desperation when large freezer decided to die on us shortly after we had re-stocked, I (65 yo woman) literally broke all speed records and hauled a** to this HD where Alexandra at Customer Service greeted me and asked if I needed help. So she graciously walked me back to appliance area where no employee was in sight to help us, showed her photo of freezer we wanted, she saw it was in stock and went to get electric rolling ladder! That’s when Ryan from Hardware rushed over to help Alexandra, hopped on the ladder and got the freezer down onto the ladder. Alexandra pushed it all the way to her Customer Service checkout and voila transaction done! Sure enough Ryan was right there to help roll it out to my truck. In less than 15 mins I had bought a new freezer and took it home, hubby un-boxed it, plugged it in and once again, voila purring like a cat when he plugged it in. A HUGE KUDOS TO ALEXANDRA AND RYAN!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I love Home Depot. If I need help in finding anything, someone either tells me EXACTLY where it is, and/or they take me directly to where it is! ❤ I love this. They have EVERYTHING I need. The only place I have to yell for help is Loews. Loewe doesn't have enough people to help me, that's why I always shop at any Home Depot. No matter what part of the City I'm in, Home Depot always has everything that I want or need!!

I just redid my pantry—it was too deep and not functional. I wanted to make it like a walk-in but I have limited space. I had no idea what wood to use or how to cut it. Mr. Bob in the lumber department must’ve seen that I looked like I was out of my element and offered assistance. He even offered tips on how to cut the wood, materials and cost effective options. He cut the boards down to a manageable size for me which allowed me to complete the project in a day. Thank you Mr. Bob for the help!

After looking around locally, I decided that Home Depot had the best warranty and price for the specific 850 CCA amps battery I needed. I also checked reviews online and found that the 3 year over the counter warranty was the best deal at this price range. Everybody else, including Autozone autoparts offered one or two year warranty for a similar price range. I brought a portable analyzer with me to check the battery before purchasing. The battery was 84% charged and was rated at 840 CCA amps. Excellent condition and a good deal, I would recommend buying a car battery from Home Depot! 👍

My wife & I were extremely happy and satisfied with the service that we received on 05/09/23. Our objective was to search and purchase a microwave oven. While viewing the area, a very nice salesperson (Lauren Michalski) observed us and approached asking “ how can she assist”. I’m am a retired Police Detective and my wife and I are happy to acknowledge that Lauren was very courteous, polite, and eager to satisfy our needs. We honestly and definitely can confirm that she was the best salesperson we have had in years. We would definitely rate her a Triple A.

In the garden you will find KB which is the expert and he is willing to help you all time. Them Daryl, Racquel and Monique guide me to have everything that I want it. Hopefully all workers at home Depot would be like them. ❤❤

This was my first time coming into a Home Depot for an actual project. Least to say I was very nervous given the stereotypes of women entering a male-dominated industry but EDWARD made me feel none of that! I found the perfect size plank of wood that I needed and Edward very kindly asked if I needed it cut, which I did. He made conversation and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I very much appreciated that, it made me feel better about coming back and no longer postponing other projects I've been meaning to do. Thank you, EDWARD. I appreciate you!

I've come here years and years, and have found Carlos, Greg, and one of the managers (who's name I don't remember right now. Sort of young(ish) guy, but really competent.) have been just really helpful every time I've interacted with them.

Great customer service by Racquel, Natalie, and Kat! Racquel gave me great confidence in the towel rack I selected, as she had personally purchased the same one!!! Raquel also helped me get a discount on my purchase! Thank you so much ladies! Five stars!!!

In line with Lowe's, almost same prices, good staff,a definite go to for Home items and supplies 😃
