AT&T Store

The AT&T representative that helped us, Lefty, was helpful and knowledgeable in addressing the issues that my wife and I came in with. Lefty was also quick and efficient, making our time in the store go very smoothly, and went above and beyond to offer further assistance to remedy issues with our account that we weren't even aware of.

Jacob was AWESOME! Yesterday I traveled from Stafford Texas, through Missouri city, through Houston, through, the Woodlands until I reached magnolia calling every AT&T store in those cities. Every store that I called was mean to me and hung up on me when they realized I desired to purchase an iPhone 15 pro max...EXCEPT the Woodlands representative and Jacob at the magnolia location. Once I entered into his store he immediately greeted me with a welcoming address and proceeded to be extremely pleasant and understanding of my needs. He was even able to upsell me into purchasing a screen protector and an Otter Box case. Jacob's customer service and hospitality was OUTSTANDING!!!

Went in to have my phone upgraded to a dual sim. Jacob helped me and was very knowledgeable and polite. I was planning to be in there for nearly an hour but Jacob was done in about ten minutes!

Talked to a guy named Joe, had a complicated back and forth order, but he handled all my questions and hesitations well. Joe provided good customer service and didn’t seem frustrated or aggravated at all and I left the store with an iPhone 14 pro max and a 6000 ma battery pack, case, screen protector, charger, you name it. Great job Joe, definitely got that sale for the store without any pressure or negative emotions involved. Thanks man thumps up!

Dayton provided an amazing experience for us in store. We went in with alot of questions trying to get our daughter a phone on our line. He answered all our questions about billing, concerns about parental control and helped us choose a case, screen protector and was very knowledgeable and knew the phone didn't come with a charging block and helped us choose the best one that would fit. We were so grateful for his customer service and over all patience with us while we were there with both our kids and again, had so many questions. If I ever need to visit AT&T again I will surely be returning to the same location looking for Dayton. Thank you for everything and making my daughters night with the perfect phone for her

I came in today to upgrade my phone and Dayton helped me out. He was super easy to work with and he looked at my plan and made sure we had the best deal. He saved us $40 per month by switching our plan to a new one and also found we had an unused device we don’t even use on our account that I will remove to save another $20 per month. Overall a great experience with him and I highly recommend him and this store to anyone

Jacob has the best hands down customer service I’ve ever experienced. He is a kind soul and is truly dedicated to helping your wireless needs. I was having an issue with billing and he went above and beyond to make me happy, with that being said THANK YOU JACOB!!! You saved AT&T from loosing a customer. We need more people like Jacob. We are new retirees in town. Jacob was such great help setting up my new iPad (AT&T internet service to home), especially since I had hit some roadblocks! Dayton helped with additional accessories for our phones this past Monday evening also,…just before closing time. What a patient and knowledgeable staff. Well done, and much appreciated. Also, very conveniently located to our home. Parking Lot Security (at this location) even rode by via horseback today while I was there!

I had Ian help me with my upgrade to the new iPhone 14. He was extremely helpful and patient as we went through a couple of hurdles with the new eSIM transfer. If you visit this store highly recommend you ask for Ian to help you. He will get the job done!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Dayton. Came in for a new phone and to get 2 watches off my plan and get a new one. He was very cool and professional and got me through the entire process great. Will definitely be back, and hope to have Dayton as a rep again

I was having some issues with my phone and was greeted by Romeo Palacios. He was able to answer all of my questions and get my phone back to working properly. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to help me with some upgrading questions in the future. He was very patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend coming into the store and getting helped by him!

Ian helped us and was extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he catch that we were getting over charged, he also found discounts for us when combining accounts. He was extremely patient with us and stayed with us till the end, was around 3 hours. I will ask for Ian and recommend going to see him.

I visited the store today for help with my account. The rep that helped me was really knowledgeable (I forgot his name but he was bald with glasses). I had a lot of questions but he was really patient and made sure I understood all of the charges on my plan and knew how to work my phone. The manager stopped by and made sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone else in the store seemed to be happy. I’ll be back, thank again!
