Lowe's Home Improvement

Had an issue with an item at check out so had to go to customer service to verify further assisted. An item I selected was ringing up as a case instead of just the one item I selected. Zach, I’m assuming a manger, was able to fix the issue getting me out of the store quickly. I ended up paying two cents over by how he was able to fix the issue which I didn’t care because I was ready to get out. I had a similar experience two days prior but I was not able to find a product that was showing online was available in store. Four different employees went on a search in the garden center to find the item. I wish I got their names but I appreciated the extra effort. As I continued to shop, they were able to locate me with the item I wanted and even showed me where they would be putting it in the future. Amazing customer service, very clean store, great selection and over all good experience.

This is where we purchase our paint a little at a time so I can take my time repainting all our rooms to match and brighten everything back up! (Replacing the weak chocolate milk color that the previous owner had painted, and the horrible baby blue in the upstairs bathroom!

I shopped at store 1515 in Spring, TX. I went looking for a sprayer that could handle a vinegar mixture. The online ad stated it could be found at this store, but I couldn’t find it. Employee Frances looked with me and after showing her the ad, she looked it up by the code and found it was a different name brand. Smart girl, very helpful, and thorough! Thank you, Frances!!

I had to return something and I was being complicated. Valeria was super helpful and went out of her way to help me! She could have said “nope sorry” but instead she did a few extra steps to make it easier on me. Will definitely be back to this location even though it’s a tad further for me.

Valeria at the pro desk is awesome. I highly recommend this lowes over there competition. The store always has carts available and the staff is always around to help.

Staff here generally very cooperative and even volunteer to help. One person at the cutting, drilling and other instruments section is very well-versed with almost every instrument on display and took time to advise the right one for our purpose in fixing our problem.

I always enjoy shopping at Lowes. From power tools, to plumbing needs, and even air filters I would much rather get my project needs and materials from Lowes.

The people were helpful and kind. We found a great fake fireplace that looks good in the man cave.

I went to 3 places that sell paint looking for a Barbie pink for a project. The two places I went before were really condescending and did not help me at all. Maggie in your paint department helped me get everything I needed for my project. She was knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. Thanks!

Lowe’s at this location has been home improvement store that me and my husband always visit whenever we need to do work around the yard and the house. And pick up bags of salts for our whole house water softener rain soft.
It’s convenient and less than 2 miles where I live.
The store is always clean, easy to find the stuffs that we need, and the staffs always helpful.
Quick self check out, also have cashier check out if you prefer.

They sell stuff I need. And no issues buying it. Will return.

Go out here the employees at Lowe's are normally in great spirits they show their love for their job. Each department has people that are trained in that department and it shows. Their willingness to help their customers is outstanding
