I had an incredible experience at this Home Depot working with one of their associates named "Pete". He helped me pick out the appropriate ratchet set for my auto project even going so far as to walking all the way out to my car to help me size everything properly. This is the third time he has gone above and beyond for me. This HD location has gained a long term customer out of me!!! Thank you again Pete for your patience and answering all of my endless questions!!!

Home Depot has a nice selection of mums and Christmas decorations.

Best Sushi and sashimi in the area! And we've been around and love sushi and sashimi .The chef Is amazing as you can see from my photos and the staff are very friendly and the place is clean!

Hats off to Luke in GARDEN. He helped us buy $800 stuff w 100 changes, late at night--refused a tip, but certainly earned a good one! He is a credit to HD!

Always a good day when home depot isn't far away! Prices are outrageous and alot of simple inventory is behind lock and key. Which makes waiting for an associate to unlock kind of annoying. But these seem to be the times we are living in nowadays..

I've been working on some gardening as of late and the staff seemed very knowledgeable about dealing with Bamboo. They provided me with different tools that i could use and gave me different strategies I can take. Definitively coming back again.

Good directions to products by employees. Actual cashier working register with exact change from cash purchase. Sign was not lit up but that could just be the area that this Home Depot is in.

Will definitely come back to this location. Donald was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the things I needed for my project.

Abraham asked for his manager as we needed additional help and both Abraham and his manager did a fantastic job helping my wife and I. This is my favor Home Depot in our area.

I will probably always buy appliances from this location due to the level of customer service I experienced from Christian! I tried 4 times to reach CS via their 1-800 number on my own and all 4 times I was disconnected prematurely after spending a good amount of time on hold. I finally decided to reach out to the storefront for help and I am so glad I did! Christian offered to take my issue straight to the manufacturer himself, got me connected with a representative and scheduled for service with no stress whatsoever. If you need an appliance and you want to be treated like family, GO SEE CHRISTIAN here!!

She’s been the most helpful of all Home Depot employees I’ve ever encountered. Having been morning, I was mourning. My day was made just from her joyful attitude rubbing off and changing my perception. True team player- efficient, experienced, and well all around a win. If you get the pleasure of becoming acquainted, you’ll have no doubt experienced true customer service.

Customer service is a dying art and it seems hard to find people willing to help. Today, I met Sally at Home Depot of 1488!!! I visited the garden center in hopes of replacing sun stroked plants from around my house. Sally took the time and educated me on all the different varietals, and which to use in each of my spaces. She explained the planting methods, how to avoid transplantation problems, and even helped bundle different types of plants to make that professional look. Sally wasn’t trying to sell me, but just wanted to impart her professional knowledge. Thank you Sally for your amazing education. Fewer professionals today care about “Wow’ing” the customer. You’re a natural and my yard, family and neighbors thank you!!!!!

Was in the area and stopped at this location instead of my more local store. I'm glad I did as they had all the items I was looking for including a couple my local store have not had in stock for a while. Also meet a helpful rep for two of the tool brands that help explain some of the differences and just explained without trying to upsell. The store associates were helpful as well

I always find what I am looking for at this store, and the employees are very helpful.

This location (The Woodlands to us old timers) seems to stock more inventory than all others in the northwest Houston area. Although they only have one machine to get pallets off the top shelves , (“reach” type fork lift). There are some really helpful folks here. Overall this is a great store in the world of Home Depot’s.

This Home Depot store is overall decent and had not gotten problems here. Im not used to the layout of this location since i am used to Home Depot in conroe and Porter, but still a good store, in my opinion

I had to make a return for a ceiling fan that didn’t work. An employee at the return center, Lavita, was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. She gave me a card for store credit and took the time to explain to me that it couldn’t be used online. She suggested I could go look for another fan but if I didn’t find one, she would help me order it to be shipped to my house for free and use the store credit. She made it all so easy at the end of a long day and I really appreciated her customer service.

Always find what I need here. And it's close to the house.

Mr. Nick Walker has great understanding of the products and is willing to go above and beyond to find a creative solution for my problem. He is also sharing his knowledge with other associates!
