Deadly efficient. They ship and they know things. I’ve been here a bunch of times now and these guys are great. Shipping? Check. Amazon return? Check. Small selection of office supplies? Check. Post office box for rent? Of course.

The person at the cash register was kind and patient. He also was very personable. The service made my shipping experience easy as can be.

They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping me to find the exact address and the proper packing for the least amount to ship instead of what I was going to use that would of cost me 40.00 instead the bag they chose only cost me 25.00 in shipping prices.

The Assistant Manager Hunter was super awesome! He made the whole return process way pleasant after my horrible trip to the post office. My Temu return is in good hands! 😝

This store is amazing, left my label at home, I was able to email it to them, the printed it for me, then I left had to go back inside and they left me put another item in the box that needed to be shipped. GREAT customer service

Probably the best customer service i've experienced. They get their work done ON-time with a great attitude. Love how quick and easy it is to work with them. I've done a few diff services there from returning to printing.. the staff there really tries to help and create a friendly customer experience.

Update: sent 19 boxes for my move out of state. The staff and owner were very accommodating and easy to work with. Prices were much cheaper then fedex and usps. Also....Fast friendly service. Great place to drop off Amazon returns. Always fast well organized..

Jacob that works here is the man! I came in with three different return packages one with no label and he fixed me right up. He was also very patient with me as I really was not prepared! Give this man praise && a raise!

Mickey M was very helpful and professional. I didn’t know I needed to pay a dollar and he put change together and paid for my return label. It was an Amazon return that they were supposed to come pick up from the store. Mickey M helped me cancel and do a store delivery. Was hectic but finally done. Thanks 🙏🏾

Best UPS store I’ve ever been too. I visit store almost everyday to drop packages for drop shipping. Employees are generous and welcoming.
