AT&T Store

Skylar and Shamore were incredibly helpful! I went into AT&T thinking all was lost but they were so sensitive to my situation and went out of their way numerous times to help me. I couldn’t have done it without them. I absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!

Was upgrading for myself and my parents, we now have triplets (all the same phones).
Service was excellent, at one point I had to wait for a while. But that can be expected anywhere.
We were set up and going with three new phones in just a matter of a couple of hours.
Very pleasant with my salesperson!

110% the best experience at the Pierre SD store! By the time I came into this store I was mentally exhausted from talking to reps over the phone for hours with zero luck .. nobody over the phone could get my numbers activated for my business account that had just been set up. I went in and Brandon and Jake were nothing short of PHENOMENAL … so friendly and helpful AND they got it ALL fixed in no time. And what a mess it was to fix… Very knowledgeable and just so accommodating… they deserve raises!
If you are having issues online or over the phone you should go into a store . Wayyyy better experience . Thanks guys! You literally made my weekend so much better!

This AT&T store is amazing! This area only has signal with AT&T and Verizon but Verizon has no store that offers full support, only selling device and equipments. I highly recommend this store if you live in Pierre or surrounding areas.

I’ve helped 2 friends here upgrading their phones at this store (1 Samsung and 1 iPhone) and both times the guys are extremely helpful and polite, especially Travis, Jake, and Dell.

They’re very transparent with the monthly bill amount you can expect to pay with the new phone and even advise you where to get the accessories if it’s cheaper elsewhere.

If I could add more stars I would. My fiancé lost his phone in a combine fire and needed a new phone ASAP! The manager was the best business person I have ever met! Very professional very understanding and so so quick and so so knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store in about 40 minutes and my fiancé was ready to get back to the farm! Thanks for everything!!

I have come into Pierre at and t store several times over last 5 months. No one was able to help me with the problems on my phone. However today Travis greeted me nicely, and was very helpful and was able to get the problems solved with my phone. I just want the company to know how helpful Travis was. I usually end up leaving the store frustrated but not today. Thank you

The guys did a GREAT job with my new phone set up.
The were able to answer all my questions, and offer advice about the additions I requested.
They are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful!

Best store experience I’ve had yet in an ATT store.

Great customer service. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the store both employees were with other customers but since I only needed a charging cable the gentleman stopped what he was doing to get me checked out in a timely manner.

Jake, the sales rep, was extremely helpful and friendly!!!! Hie and Travis (manager) answered all my questions! The store, itself, is clean and welcoming! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!! They won’t disappoint! 😊

Manager and associate were welcoming and interactive. Were able to get me what I needed, even though I was from out of town.

Brandon was a very helpful retailer. He was very nice man and was answered all the questions that my family and I had.

The store representative helped us until the issue was resolved. He was friendly and professional. He didn’t know how to at first but he figured it out. All questions and were resolved during our visit.
