Best experience! Bought my girls' softball gear here, and the young guy helping us, was literally the best! Super helpful and knowledgeable in product, sizing, and recommendations. I work retail, and customer service is a large focus point, that these guys have nailed! I was impressed to the point, cost wasn't a factor like I tend to focus on, it was all about what we needed, and how it fit. Both girls left with their heads held high and confident for the season!

I needed a comfortable pair of shoes as I have knees scheduled to be replaced. He was very helpful and fitted me with the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever had. price was competitive with the chain stores on comparable shoes. We bring our grandsons here for all their sports shoe needs.

Great customer service! My mom had to have some different shoes for work because her old ones were causing her a great deal of knee pain, and the worker helped my mom find something that was great for her needs and that fit her feet properly.

The flip flops I bought here are the best flip flops I've ever had and are my favorite... My Nike sneakers from YEARS ago are still in PERFECT condition (other then the paint stains) and my Nike sweater that I got at JC Pennys when it was still in the mall is in great condition so I'm really happy this store exists in Pierre... Also has very courteous staff member that was very polite and kind... Even asked me how my day was☺

I have to say I've had nothing but excellent service from capital sports. Just went there a few days ago to get fitted for football cleats, newbie mom to football and they answered all my questions and knew what they were doing. Only my the 3rd time I've ever needed to go there, I wont go anywhere else In pierre for my kids sports needs.
