She is always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and to fulfill orders. Beyond her reliability, Lainie is a person of great compassion, and I feel fortunate to be her customer.

Karen is always willing to share her knowledge and order something she doesn't have, that you are looking for. I have had a hard time finding Tiger Balm Liniment. She not only was able to find the product but ordered several so I wouldn't run out!!!

This is a great place to shop. If you have any questions the staff is always really to answer them. Best keeped secret in Havre de Grace

The Place for non pharma health!!!! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and so very joyful in sharing her knowledge. Her CBD oil with Gaba continues to help me focus. Amazing

A quirky shop with a hit-or-miss variety of "health" products.

They have new hours , which they do not abide by. How can you stay in business if you are not open when you say? I tried the door it was locked, tried calling no answer, gave the benefit of doubt maybe a bathroom break or something, came back 20 minutes later, still no one, thought maybe the online hours were wrong which they were, but the recording on message said open Friday this was at 1pm to 1:30.

The owner is not knowledgeable. I asked for iodine and she looked at me like I had 3 heads and then told me she hasn’t been asked for iodine in 25 years and told me to go to the drug store. Apparently, she doesn’t know iodine is used by many people as an ingested supplement. I did not want topical/wound iodine. Every supplement store I have been in sells it!!! Also, her inventory is way over priced. You can buy the same brand vitamins etc at the Vitamin Shoppe for considerably less. I would not recommend this store.
