AT&T Store

The sales rep was effective at her job. She pinpointed my desires with open ended questions. To zero in on the best product for me at the price point that I needed.

We went in for new upgrades and understanding what plan we were on. Honestly, we had not been to an ATT store in years. Rodney gave us an excellent service, very patient and understanding. Definitely knew his stuff. Gave us a great deal and help us out set everything up. We left the store very satisfied with the service he provided and with new phones and plan.

I came into AT&T to finalize a phone trade. I was quickly assisted and navigated through the transfer process with ease. I enjoyed the atmosphere, staff was incredibly patient and friendly AND all of my questions were answered. Shout out and a thank you to David Lagunas for being so thorough and helpful with the process—he was wonderful y’all!! He and the amazing crew are at the AT&T Weslayan location! Great spot!

Jorian, the service rep who helped me to purchase my new iPhone 13 Pro Max was excellent and very professional. He went above and beyond in answering all my questions and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I want to commend him for doing a great job in helping me. I love my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. Elliott is awesome. He helped us pick out a new phone. He also helped us add a memory card and added my corporate discount to my account. He made us feel comfortable while we waited for my wife’s old phone information to transfer to her new phone. Walked in frustrated. Left at ease, switched from Verizon best decision I’ve made, Walter helped me get everything transferred was fast, easy efficient and extremely nice and helpful. No questions asked quality staff and service.

I had a huge mess when I preordered the new iPhone through the Apple store and UPS lost it. After spending over a week on the phone between Apple and AT&T customer service, Naomi was the only person who was able to assist me and get the issue resolved. Thank you Naomi!!

Stephanie was completely knowledgeable and perfectly courteous and helpful, completing the transfer of all my data and apps in the exact same order as they were on my old iPhone in record time.
