Benn is great! We went to the store across town and ended walking out because the employee was very rude. So glad we decided to try this store. We will definitely be back.

Have bought two phones here over the last three years. My most recent one I purchased yesterday. Benn was more then helpful in getting me set up with my new purchase. I am very pleased and will continue to use this store for all my future needs.. Best customer service.

Customer service was awesome. I was switching from a different carrier, and was helped through the whole process. I was there about 30 minutes or less. The only down fall was, the phone I wanted wasn't in stock. But, I did walk out with a phone, was highly recommended. I will be returning when I am due for a upgrade, and will be highly recommending this store. Thank you, for the highly professional customer service, that made me feel like a person, and not a dollar sign.

I actually took someone there to fix their phone. They were quite thorough with it.

Took my daughter here because she swore up and down she was getting a free phone for being a metro PCS customer for so many years. Told her when she came out Told You so told you so 😂

Yari is an overall pleasant customer service rep that is very dedicated to making sure your needs are satisfied. I needed a print out of my account and though the printer gave her issues she still continued to push to make sure I got what I needed. She spent a long time staying focus and doing everything she can to make sure she was the one to handle any issues I needed taken care of.

Updated 7/25/22: This is the only MetroPCS my family will go to in town. Every employee is friendly and super helpful. Benn knows his stuff, he's awesome, very informative and knowledgeable. For reals... go HERE, not across town, if you want the best deals and walk out knowing you were treated like a person, not a dollar sign.

This is a great store to get a new phone or just to pay a bill. When you go into this store you want be harassed into buying something that you really don't want. I love this store and I know you will as well. Just got a phone case and a home WIFI base and I am loving it. Been using it all day and it's great

Our first visit to this location was awesome! We have been in other stores and not received the same customer service we received today! Benn (with 2 n's) signed us up for a new plan saved us money monthly for 5 lines and his co-worker set up our new phone and Gmail account. Both super nice and helpful! During our visit I noticed our boy was hot and possibly running fever and Benn immediately stopped and asked if he needed a water to drink. We will start using this location on the regular!

Benny is great. Knows his stuff and is very friendly and professional. My wife and I were looking at newer phones and Benny helped us every step of the way. I've been very satisfied with Metro by T-Mobile ever since I made the switch from AT&T.

Olla Everyone, this is the place to come when having issues with your phone the customer service was outstanding I did even have a metro phone and he helped me either way with my issue and now my phone is working 🤍 Great service

The absolute best customer service. No high-pressure sales tactics. They didn't have the phone I wanted, so I went to the other Cleburne location....only to return 30 minutes later because the customer service at the Henderson location is NON-EXISTENT. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Benn has your back and is going to be kind, friendly and give you the most for your money.
