Kohl's

I went in looking for Gloria Vanderbilt black jeans in a size 14 long. I did find one pair. When I went to check out, I asked the cashier if he could check the stock in the back telling him I would buy several more pairs if they had them. He checked and unfortunately, they did not have them. He even checked online for me and at other stores, but nothing came up. I appreciated the extra effort he put into this trying to help me. My only wish is that I would like to see more pairs in this size.

I visited this Kohl's store in Elmhurts to pickup items that I purchased on-line. Furthermore, I walked around and founds some items at great prices, so I purchased them.

Upon checking out I was greeted by Sarah, the Cashier; she asked me if I located everything I was looking for, which I did. She helped me with an email that I received issuing me $10.00 for being a great customer. Although the email was sent by error, Sarah granted me the $10.00 off my purchase. Sarah is a great employee to Khol's and treated me with a smile and respect. Sarah thank you for making my shopping a fun experience. I give you 5 STARS!

Dawn was at the register. I had a big box , a Christmas tree). She was ready to scan the code and asked if I needed help. She patiently and pleasantly waited until I had all the coupons out and evaluated them. She encouraged me to present a reward that I was not sure it was good. Made my Christmas shopping more pleasant. She then called for someone to help me carry it to my car, That person was also very helpful and pleasant.

A wonderful associate named Gail helped me at checkout as I was not familiar with redeeming Kohl's Cash and using the Kohl's app on my phone. She was friendly and efficient - good example of what customer service should be!

Hello there, the Cashier Diana is very knowledgeable. She knows where pretty much everything is at the store. She is very polite. We definitely need more Cashier's like Diana. Thank so much Diana.

Needed help from two different sales Clerks. First of all they were not difficult to find, secondly could not have been more helpful. Really made the shopping experience Pleasant. The aisles could be a little wider to accommodate the carts, but store was really in good organized shape. Yay for Kohl's

Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.

I was looking for an ornament that I saw on the app, but could not find it in the store. Customer service called Angelo and he was wonderful. We looked everywhere we thought it could possibly be and still could not find it! We ran into Anna as I was about to give up, who was also wonderful. She suggested we look Under the decorated trees! All 3 of us started looking and under one of the trees towards the front entrance of the store, there they were in a basket! It was just a small item, but thank you both for your dedication to customer service, for helping me.

Gail was very friendly and personable. She checked for any rewards or discounts I had and found some even when I didn’t think I had any. I was going to put some items back but when she found rewards I could use, I bought it all. Thanks Gail!

Had a nice experience at the Elmhurst store. Staff was very friendly. Helped me right away to locate what I needed.

Gina is amazing so caring and alert 🙏 I went to use the bathroom and I forgot my phone she remembered me and gave me my phone back had it behind the counter !! She definitely yard and she is so amazing at Customer service

Everything in this store is great. The only thing I’m disappointed with is the guy from the Amazon returns his name tag is Angel he is so rude. I return many things, but he still has the same bad attitude he doesn’t match the good vibes that are in the store in Elmhurst.

Nancy, the manager here.. helped me out tremendously! I didn’t have my receipt for my Sephora purchase (as I usually don’t because Sephora can always find it by my account) so I assumed this would be the case as I was making a routine return on something I wasn’t 100% happy with. But some kind of glitch made trying to find my order a nightmare because I had multiple accounts linked to my email. In the end, I was able to get my money back and appreciated Nancy being so kind and understanding.

This was a lesson in to always keep my receipt when shopping at a Sephora in Kohls. Because they are not the same.

The Elmhurst store is located in a large complex with plenty of parking. There are always associates on the floor to ask for assistance. The main aisles are wide and departments are clearly marked. I love the convenience of the Amazon return area and the customer service department in the back is very organized and associates are very helpful.

The store was tidy. The cashier was very helpful. The sales were timely for me.

I shop here often and Rosa made my visit even better with her kindness and professionalism THANK YOU ROSA 😊
