Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is store is definitely top of the list out of the Sherwin-Williams stores I've been to. (I have been to almost all of the Sherwin-Williams stores around here and the midlands of SC, also a few in GA as well as NC.)

The customer service here was superb! As soon as I walked in not only was a warmly greeted but I was approached and asked how I can be helped. The employees were wearing a mask and everyone I saw come in was wearing one also, including me. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in what I needed. He explained in detail how he could help with the color mix I was looking for and even suggested the type of brush that was best for what I was working on. I was very please with the service here. I do not live close to this location but I’m going back to purchase more paint because of the great service.

I purchased a few gallons deck stain in 2019 from the Anderson store that was clearly mislabeled. I have gone into 4 or 5 stores since to get a new batch and turned down several times. I went to the greer store 2 or 3 and have never been treated so poorly. Greer store told me on Saturday that they couldn't help me and that I made the mistake. They also stated only the tr and simpsonsvile stores had that stain in stock.

When you took my call and got us the correct stain. it was a huge relief to get this project over with. The stain match perfectly and the brush was the right tool for the job. Thanks again for your help.

Young man was very helpful and patient. The semi-gloss is no longer available in oil base, so he helped me make a decision as to what would be best for my project. They were very busy, but I never felt rushed.

I visited the store once to determine color selections. The person who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I returned to purchase paints and materials, a different person helped and he too was very helpful. I was surprised at how quickly he got everything mixed and ready. He helped me carry everything out to the car.

I had some minor surface damage to a pantry door that needed repainting. The entire house had been painted about four years earlier, but I had no idea of the exact color nor the degree of gloss on this door. I wanted to be as close to the original as possible to avoid having to repaint the case molding, which would have led to repainting the base molding and ultimately all the woodwork in the kitchen. One small fix on a door would have led to a major job.
I unhinged the door and brought it to the store where Andrew took care of me. No problem for him. He scanned the surface of the door with their scanner and was able to duplicate the color and the gloss exactly. The match was so perfect that I didn't even have to paint the entire door, just one panel. Polite staff and great service!

Sherwin-Williams delivered my paint order directly to the car. The service was super fast and friendly. Now our extra time at home will be more fun as we refresh rooms with new paint.

Great customer service and the store had a wonderful selection.

We have never used any other brand of paint. The quality of their paint, even the less expensive paints are excellent.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by Andrew. He answered several questions I had regarding paint finishes and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be buying from this store again.

I had Mr. Matt match three colors for me this morning and each one was spot on perfect!!! 10/10 excellent service!!!

The employees are so very helpful and knowledgeable about their products as well as polite and made me feel like they genuinely cared to help me find what I needed.
