The Home Depot

Always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. Even if what I want is 'not their department' -if they can't find the right associate, they are going above and beyond to help me in a very kind way. I had an awful experience at another home improvement store and will never go back because of it. I am glad Home Depot associates take pride in their work and are such kind people. -

I love the convenience that is Home Depot. I can get refills for my water dispenser, and the store has a similar layout to all other Home Depots. I always receive great service and the associates are super knowledgeable.

Employees are always making sure we can find what we need and if we can't they personally find and walk you to the product. Great customer service.

Good as always there are plenty of ppl around to help you find whatever. Always have a nice lady come in to my work every morning. Have yet to have a bad experience dealing with the staff

McDondalds has the very best chicken biscuit. The coffee remains great too. Keep it up McDonalds..

Lots of new things to ooh an aww over. I picked up some lovely new Houseplants. Can't wait until they get in the herbs.

I went in today and every single person in the store asked if they could help me, how my day was going, good morning,etc. I think this is the friendliest home depot I've been to. Impressed!

This is proactive my favorite most visited home depot..I catch myself cheating on them with lowes sometimes because their prices vary from store to store. LOL. Hard core homedepot fan always..

I've lived in a lot of places and shopped at a lot of different Home Depot stores, but this one is genuinely the nicest. The employees are friendly, my order pickups always go smoothly, and the people who wear those orange aprons seem to really care about their job. The store is clean and, while a little tightly stocked at times, we always find what we need at an agreeable price. Thanks to everyone who works there for having the patience and strength to work in a retail environment.

The staff was wonderful! They were very friendly. There was a new girl there the other day, but she did her best to help us and for the things she want familiar with, she quickly had a lady who had been there longer come assist us. They were amazing and helped me find everything I needed.

I love coming to Home Depot, whether we have a project or a remodel or just need something for the house. There is always someone around that can help us with our questions. And they have some pretty good sales through out the year.

Visited Home Depot in Cleburne,TX on 2/21/23 to purchase all I needed to build a window catio. Alex in hardware made my trip a success. He went above and beyond with excellent customer service.

I have been using harbor freight tools for over 30 years. The quality of their tools has improved drastically from back then. We use their hand tools daily. And they stand up to mechanics use year after year. I've been to lots of harbor freight stores during those years and Cleburne has the best one yet, the best staff and the most helpful. The store is very clean and organized. Before you make your next tool purchase, shop around then go to our harbor freight store. You won't be disappointed.

Home Depot! This is going to be one of the best stores ever! And there's so many things I need to remodel my house that I inherited. All the store staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish I had a gift certificate or spending spree in there to put my house together!

Last night was the second time Steve has helped me and both times he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He is very friendly and goes above and beyond to get what you need. I went into the store today, customer service was great!!! Everyone helped me get everything I needed. A worker there, Saniah I think that was her name was extremely respectful and helped me find parts that I needed for my house repairs. Everyone did an amazing job at assisting me, and it was quick and easy!!

This is a great place to find all you building and home repairs. There cost is affordable. And there holiday items are a must see.

Had a hot water heater still under warranty start to leak. Got pro rated credit and got another one. The exchange went smoothly.

I purchased a refridgerator 3 years ago. I had problems with it and assumed I would have to buy another one, Tm Gardner in the major appliance department He knew the service problems my particular
model and suggested we replace a part, saving us $30000.00. Tom fantastically knowledgeable... We needed a repairman that had trained with Samsung. He gave us a number to get the right kind of repairman and told me how to explain the problem we were having to them . This guy knows a lot and went way out of his way to help me
