Called them and they indicate they take cards but when I went to buy a $20 Metrocard they said oh we don't take cards on metrocards and I said I just called and someone said you take cards and the person I spoke to comes over and says yeah you spoke to me but you didn't say what you were using the card for. I respond I didn't realize I had to distinguish what I was buying. He then says I'll let you use the card but there's a fee. I tell him charge it and as I was leaving I said I'm never shopping here again. It's a shame how people don't value customer service in their business. My fav 24 hour convenience store right by me. Lost my business quick. Stand your ground!

New owner and very bad service, even a simple order they get wrong. Store empty now cause a lot of the regular customers stop going there, and cat food is expensive. They won't last long. The store a cross the street has been full of people, this new owner has push away most of there regularly customers.

First of all it smells like garbage. I ordered a whole wheat toasted bagel with cream cheese. I got a chewy cinnamon raisin bagel. They don't know how to listen or clean
