AT&T Store

This store had a great set of employees. They were all extremely courteous, friendly, and attentive to my needs. From the moment I walked through the store. Derrick, who assisted me made sure that my experience was personable, and he went through all the products to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my selections! Keep up the grade work!

We switched carriers (three of us) as part of a family plan, bought new phones, and transferred all of our data, contacts, images. We were anticipating a long, frustrating time. But Romero was such a professional, so efficient and patience that the experience took no time. He's a multitasking, problem-solving machine, and he made our experience effortless and even enjoyable. I never write reviews but his talent and professionalism deserved this!

Dallas helped me out getting a new phone for my mom today, he was very professional and informative and I really appreciate his transparency with all of the pricing and changes to my account. Highly recommend this store.

5 stars for excellent customer service from Lorena. We came in to troubleshoot a connectivity issue with my Apple Watch after AT&T phone customer service couldn’t resolve the problem. Lorena was knowledgeable and persistent, trying multiple troubleshooting methods. She knew every trick to try, even when we were close to giving up, and in the end she successfully repaired the device’s cellular connection. Impressed by the expertise, persistence, and professionalism.

Charles was very helpful. He answered all of my questions without having to look anything up. He even spent extra time with me to find a phone number I liked. I do not usually write reviews but I appreciate his friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I left happy.

I walked in with 2 new Samsung 23's that a different store had failed to properly initialize. Lorena ( the store manager ) let me walk right up and cry about it, then fixed both of them like a champ. She was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, AND friendly. Zero waiting, and she held my hand the whole time. 10/10 recommend this location, especially given the helpful nature of the staff!

Rene is the most knowledgeable and courteous salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He took the time explaining everything along the way. I'll always come back to this location. Death to Verizon.

Rene was so incredibly helpful with myself and my elderly mother. He walked us through several multi step processes with so much patience and thorough knowledge. The store is also impeccable, with a great atmosphere and fully stocked with great Christmas goodies!

I came in to upgrade my IPhone. Charles helped me with the upgrade and purchasing accessories. He was attentive, took his time and did not rush me. He got everything set up - excellent customer service!!

Josh was such a great help and very informative and knowledgeable of the products and software. He helped me out and fixed the issue I had from another AT&T store vs buying another sim card and factory resetting my new phone. I can now use my line without a worry . Thanks Again Josh !

It’s been a while since I’ve seen energetic customer representatives that WANTED to help you out. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted and taken care of immediately. My transaction was so smooth and fun! Wasim and Alex went above and beyond for me. Definitely recommending all my family & friends to this location.

I was a Verizon customer for years but one stop into this store and I managed to port myself and my entire family over to AT&T. The staff was super patient in explaining the plans and even went one step beyond and compared the prices with my previous verizon service. I left with a MUCH better price plan and beyond satisfied. The manager there is doing a great job. I live in Katy and I still choose to drive all the way to the Galleria just for this store and staff. 10/10, would recommend.

Joshua m helped us out adding a new line with a new iPhone 13 pro max, took the time to go over all our options and checked my whole account and let me know a few different ways I could save on my monthly bill 😀, definitely would recommend this store and look for Joshua m he gave great customer service!!!

I had an issue Syncing my Galaxy Watch to my phone. Several AT&T technicians have attempted to fix and have been unsuccessful. Josh worked on my account for sometime and managed to resolve the issue. Thanks Josh excellent work.

My experience at Weslayn AT&T was excellent five stars all the way across Charles was fantastic I highly recommend!
