Once again the pharmacist detected an antibiotic in a family that my daughter was prescribed and highly allergic to. The first time my daughter called the pharmacy because she thought it was related to one she was allergic to and the pharmacist confirmed it and did an over ride to get one that she was not allergic to. It happened once again. This is an extremely busy pharmacy and the stress of working there must be difficult . But how wonderful to know that no matter how busy, how stressed, the pharmacist takes the time to double check every prescription. I am so appreciative of this exceptional pharmacy.

I'm very grateful to this location for having carried me through the pandemic, and always being there for my medicine needs. Trayna and the crew here hold it down very well. This isn't an easy job, but they work efficiently and handle their business. It's a good location. Good hours, too.

12-19-22 11:15 AM. Special shout out to Rodney who assisted me in a special way. I recently broke my wrist and have to use only one hand. He checked me out at the register and I couldn’t zip up my jacket. I asked him if he would help me and without a second thought reaching across the counter he zipped up my jacket. Thank you sir for your kindness and compassion.

Kendall was so sweet and nice. I had a very non-traditially shaped item to drop off with Fedex and needed a box to ship it off. She helped put together some boxes to get it shipped. I really appreciate the time and energy that she took out of her day to help me out!

I had a flat tire on my car this evening around 7:15 pm and the security guard for this Walgreens helped to change my tire to the spare. He was so helpful and could tell I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. I don’t have family in the state so I was trying to figure out what I had to do and he stepped in to help and I am so thankful. He managed to change my tire to the spare in under 10 minutes in this awful Texas heat. I didn’t get his name, but I want him to know how much his help meant to me. As I pulled away to drive home he gave me a double thumbs up and a smile which I desperately needed. So thank you to this kind soul.

Walgreens pharmacy staff are consistently pleasant at this location. Yesterday one of the pharmacy staff, Trayna, assisted me in finding multiple OTC medicines which my doctor had sent for prescriptions. She was very polite, patient, and informative with my questions as well.

I just had the best customer service from Ray at the register. He went above and beyond for a photo printing. In a time when retail service is super stressed, underpaid, and pretty much all around thankless, he stepped up to the plate and made my experience better. Thank you, Ray!

I would highly recommend coming here for international vaccinations, as even if they do not have a vaccine in stock, they can usually order it and have it within 24 hrs. Plus, the pharmacy staff is amazing. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the pharmacist, David, who gave me all of my shots for my trip to Japan. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring.
