Audrey was very helpful with my first time ever shopping at Maurice’s. From the moment I walked into the store all the way to my purchase at the end, she helped me with everything. This store is very lucky to have her!

The customer service was AMAZING. Very helpful, but not pushy at all. Huge selection and great deals.

Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Kylie helped me as soon as I walked into the store and I explained what I was looking for. I’m 6’2 and struggle with finding clothes and styles that look good on me and fit properly. Kylie and her whole team today did such an amazing job of picking clothes and advising me on adjusting sizes and styles. I wanted to cry with how amazing it was. Great selection of sizes and lengths, and they were able to order lengths that I needed but weren’t in store. I highly highly recommend. Thank you all so much for today!

Went into the store like a deer in headlights. A very nice girl named Kaylee helped me and actually help me find the very last sweater I was looking for for my girlfriend!!! Store was nice clean and organized and prices were much better than I thought they would be!!

By far the best maurices store in the grand rapids area. The girls that work here are kind and super helpful. They do not follow you around the store but are there if you need help. Very friendly and real(not fake). Love shopping at this location and will not shop at any other location even though I live on the other side of town.

I love this place! I absolutely hate shopping so when I go in, I get greated and I tell them exactly what I'm looking for and they are just so helpful.

Actual customer service - great sales- cute styles - huge range of sizes - what's NOT to like??

The girls are very friendly and helpful, they greet you right as you come in and they tell you about their sales going on! Its always very clean and if you have a return they get you in and out in no time!
