AT&T Store

Have had AT&T for years. Went to the store to upgrade my phone as my old one was on its last leg. I was greeted by Lance very quickly, answered all my questions I had and he answered very nicely and explained it throughly, even though he had many other customers. Did not pressure me into anything, gave me great advice and let me take my time! Lance was amazing and definitely will be returning!

Just wrapped up with the team here at the Fenton AT&T store. All three of them were absolutely fantastic. They were able to talk my wife through technical issues it was a miracle. I highly recommend this facility in this team for anybody who is technically challenged or just needs a new phone

Went in to get my girlfriend added to my line. Have nothing but good things to say about the staff working which was Patrick, Greg, and Joe (Manager). Patrick helped us get everything figured out and we found out I had to pay 30% of my phone bill plus tax which wasn’t known prior. The manager Joe spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get it so I didn’t have to pay that. Unfortunately I did, but was SO thankful the manager went the extra mile to try to help me. He also gave me 50% off my accessories because he couldn’t get the fee waved. Patrick was SO helpful and knowledgeable about getting my transfer and even Greg was helping me trying to get an app on my watch. Recommend this store 100%

Chase (or it might be spelled Chace) and all the guys working there were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! We’ve been with ATT for over 10 years and this was the smoothest trade in we’ve ever done thanks to these guys. Definitely my go to store from now on! :)

I live 40 minutes away from this location but still trust to bring my business and technical support questions to them. Friendly, helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable staff. Particularly, Kyle, he helped solve an issue with patience and insight.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff always make the visit easy and enjoyable. That is why we drove past two other AT&T store to go to the on we did. Always a good experience at the Fenton store.

I don't speak English well and there are two guys working in this shop. Their names are Kyle and Seth. They are the best!!! Kyle is a very smart and caring person. I don't know what I would do without him. Seth is good too. These two guys know their stuff. They are amazing!They both deserve a pay raise. I like this store just because of them. Kyle is a particularly smart guy who knows everything and will help in any situation! Thanks a lot!!!

Great staff - shout out to Joseph Ford for helping me with my trade in and helping me to pick out the right phone and accessories for me. Joseph made the experience including the transfer of data quick and stressfree. He also worked with me to insure I had the best plan for my money.

Excellent Service! I felt very comfortable purchasing the new iPhone 14 Pro Max with the Salesman Kyle Eckert! after 5 years I finally traded in my iphone 11 and was one of the best experiences I've had! Also being shown around my options and the deals that this location offers is unreal, Kyle made sure I got every deal I was eligible for with upgrade! Will come back again for the next phone!

The day I went into this location we had a huge ordeal with our account. We ordered a phone from a store out of town due to the fact that my husband was working there. We had it shipped to Michigan were I am. The phone was the wrong one so we had to exchange it also found out the previous store we got the phone from put it on the wrong number. Several more issues but won't go into it. I went to the fenton store close to me and the entire sales team in store that day were absolutely amazing!! Seth the rep helping me out went above and beyond to try and fix everything. Kyle, and Kyle also stepped in a couple times to help. I spent 5 hours in the store but honestly with how much they were trying to fix the issues it was not a big at all. Amazing team here!!

Lance were very knowledgeable, solved my problem and was very respectful. I was not in the store to make a purchase, yet he treated me like he was happy to help. That is not always the case when the employees work on comission, which another employee in the store informed me was how they made their money.

Amazing service! I made a HUGE online ordering mistake on my part and the team here was able get it all sorted out for me. Just days before the holiday the store was busy and they were insanely helpful. These guys know their stuff and do everything they can to get you taken care of quickly and even do it with a smile. :-)

Lance and Mack really helped me out! They’re friendly, don’t let any negative review fool you away from this store. Even when I wasn’t a customer they helped any time they could. For people in retail these people are by far the best.

My son and I had a great experience at the Fenton, mi location. Walked in with a broken phone and left satisfied with a new one. Marc was super helpful and very kind. Found out he wasn’t even supposed to work that day but came in to help another customer who could only come in on a Sunday, then the store got busy and he stayed just to help. We were his last lucky customers and I say thank you for your kind heart and great service. Much appreciated!
