Incredible store! Understaffed employees still getting the job done for the people whom so desperately need it. They seem to face a lot of backlash due to this, but I hope that the truth comes to light in that the regular employees (pharmacy and otherwise) at this store are inhumanly patient and hardworking.

Have always had good experiences shopping, filling prescriptions, and printing photos at this location. All the employees have always been friendly and helpful. Not sure what's up with all these other reviews, but they don't match my experience here at all.

My family of four just received that update COVID-19 Booster, and the Flu Vaccine for this year. We found it easy to schedule appointments on their website and we opted to complete the paperwork prior to the check-in (used adobe to fill in the form, printed and brought in to the appointments). The technicians are way overworked and understaffed. That said, they did a great job! They were courteous (even after being yelled at by unreasonable customers with self-entitlement syndrome). Remember, you need to be patient for a script when they are short-staffed and overworked. It's reasonable to wait a day or so for a script. Immunizations are fairly straight forward. You complete the paperwork, answer some questions regarding insurance, and after a small poke, you are done! My family of four was in and out in under 35 minutes after 3:00 p.m. That's impressive! I have been here many times for vaccinations and scripts, and never had anyone treat me with anything other than kindness. Remember, stay calm, and expect to wait (not the staff fault). Your script might seem simple to you, but they have to deal with sick coworkers, shortages of meds and doctors, insurance paperwork (big bottleneck - outside of their control), system outages (again, not the staff fault), and more. Exercise some human decency and treat them with respect and you will receive it in return. I appreciate the staff at this pharmacy and wish everyone else would treat them with kindness, respect, and gratitude. This is a stressful position in a very stressful time.

Bill and Lindsay in the pharmacy took amazing care of me. They helped me out with all my questions regarding my prescription as well as the price difference between generic and name brand medication. They stayed late and took a shorter lunch break in order to accommodate my request and to fill my prescription so that I wouldn't have to wait. Honestly if I could give them 10 stars I would. They were so busy yet still took the time to help me out and to go over all of my questions very thoroughly. Absolutely amazing.

I have experienced friendly, helpful service on every visit. This is important to me as I’m elderly and handicapped.

I love shopping here and having Norma wait on me! She is so helpful and kind. The pharmacy is awful but Norma in the store is the best!!

I have have never had any issues here getting vaccines or an Rx.

Nice store

The biggest problem with this store is that it is understaffed. It is the only drug store for miles (not including the big box stores). Therefore, they get a huge volume of business. It is hard to hold on to pharmacy techs because of this. Even the ones in training leave for less stressful jobs. Until they can find a way to keep employees, people need to learn to have more patience. I have always been able to get a prescription filled within an hour (coming from the Urgent Care nearby). How would people feel if the store closed its doors? Better to have a little more understanding of what that store is up against as far as trying to keep up with the volume it encounters on a daily basis.

Drive thru can be quite backed up, but they have always been very kind.
