Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was great as always. The service was a little lacking. We needed drinks refilled and never got them in a timely fashion. All in all, though, it was a good family dinner with lots of leftovers!

Food was good. All though they don’t offer many low calorie options. Our server was great! Lots of personality. She was fun.

We went here recently and had the most wonderful server. She was so friendly and attentive. At the end of the meal she topped off our salad, soup and bread sticks so we had more to take home with us. I wish I remembered her name. She's a real credit to the restaurant. We enjoyed our visit and meal.

Me and my wife came in for an early dinner and had Nicole as our server she was great. Everything about our experience was nice due to the service we had. Seems harder to find more and more these days.
We appreciated her excellent customer service.

Staff was a delight. We came after work, the atmosphere was calming and restful.

I ordered the Chicken Margarita with brocalli. The salad and added cheese were perfect as always. The chicken was moist, salty, tasty, brocalli vibrant green. My friend had the Shrimp Scampi, she reported this was delicious. Portions are generous, we each brought food home.

Our staff came back frequently, she was genuinely kind and helpful.

My server was very attentive, and made sure that my all-you-can-eat soup salad and breadstick lunch order was refilled in a timely manner 😊

Carlos and Jess are amazing! There were some glitches in the system so after our 80 Mn wait we were removed from the call ahead list although we’d arrived. We were not notified of our table availability. The hostess was quoting us an additional 30 minutes. When I pushed back she got Carlos. He was classy, respectful and found a way to do better and seat us immediately. He is worth his weight in gold. Jess is a phenomenal server. Give her a raise! Great personality and hard worker. Efficiency and customer service are hard to come by and these two are hard working, customer oriented and professional. Food was great and came out quickly.

Immediately greeted and seated. Server, Nicole, was attentive and prompt. Entrées were fresh and hot. First time at this location and definitely coming back! Clean dining area and relaxed ambiance.

1. Spaghetti with meat sauce $12.99: Sauce was seasoned perfectly and pasta was El dente. Yum!
2. 6oz sirloin and fettuccine Alfredo $19.99: Perfectly seasoned and tender sirloin. Fettuccine was very creamy and delicious.
3. Zappa soup side s with entrees: Fabulous hit!
4. Garden salad side $5.99: Love! Just enough dressing and my favorite, onions!!!

David was an incredible server. He was so attentive and helpful with all of his advice. As a food critic, he served us this exquisite food which could only be described as heaven-sent. Incredible, I will be reporting this experience to the new york times.

Honestly I would say that Olive Garden has the best value to price ratio of sit-down restaurants right now. You get bottomless soup and breadsticks, and the entree portion sizes are quite good. The service is great, and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. I would recommend going here at a less busy time as the wait times can get long.

We got seated right away. The food was hot and delicious. (Cheese ravioli and build your own pasta) All the staff were very friendly, professional and prompt at whatever task to ensure our needs were met while dining with them, especially our server Dakotah. Very pleasant experience all around.

Service at this location was exceptional. Food is very tasty, especially for a chain restaurant. Prices are fair and portions satisfactory. The specials like the all-you-can-eat soup and salad are well worth it. Customer Service was great and Manger even walked the floor to check on Customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this location.

This is one of the best Olive Garden locations I've been to! It's much cleaner, prompt and warmer than other locations. The food comes out quickly, they listen to what you specify and they even gave us an extra bowl of olives with our salad when we had requested it.

What I thought was a very nice touch was the general manager or supervisor that came out to the floor to greet every table personally and make sure everything was ok. I actually requested this of a restaurant where I had dined a few days prior (not an Olive Garden) in a review and was delighted to see this was already a standard here. I'm not sure if it was something special for the holidays but it was very nice and showed how much they care about the customer experience!

That's why I thought this Olive garden deserves a 5-star rating across the board! Thank you!

Only been here a few times because it’s kind of spendy. But I had a nice time. Food was delicious! Love the free breadsticks ! Even though going on a Saturday, we didn’t have to wait and the service was great and quick! Our waiter was very nice and working hard on that tip lol. But he was very good! I wish I got his name. It was 50 bucks for two people but everybody deserves a treat. Wish I had room for dessert cuz it looked soooo good!

We came here on a whim tonight around 5:15pm on a Thursday. We were greeted at the door by Fatima who was kind and welcoming. She was able to seat us right away with a smile.

Our server Libby was fantastic. She was very busy with lots of tables, but checked in with us multiple times, ensured our orders were correct and was quick to answer any questions we had.

The way of the world is crazy right now. Everywhere is short staffed, and people are demanding and impatient. However, I don't think I could name one thing wrong with the service, food or atmosphere here tonight if I wanted to.

We came for the never ending pasta bowl and were not let down. Food was quick, hot and delicious, and Libby sent us off with a bowl of pasta to go and some fresh breadsticks.

Excellent service and we cannot wait to return.

Food was great as usual. Shared an entree. Service was exceptionale. Free dessert for Bday. Took an entree and bucket of soup home for later.

I don't understand why Olive Garden gets a bad rap on TV late night shows. The restaurant in Maple Grove has always been an exceptional experience. The staff is super friendly, the bartenders know their stuff, the food is always tasty and well prepared. I'm disappointed if we don't get there at least once a month. It does get a bit crowded but that is a compliment to the staff and cooks.

Our waitress Jonathan was amazing. We have never had such a good experience at Olive Garden. Highly recommend! The food was amazing and so were the employees! Thank you Jonathan and Makenzie!!!

Very nice experience being the frist time there but the server did even bother too offer us any more bread or soup or salad that day overall we had good time food will go back soon

Lovely atsmophere, delicious entreé's...very healthy portions for appetizers! Many wines on menu to accent your meal. Tells you which one will go with on menu.
While waiting for your meal, has small device which plays trivia with others in the restaurant, quite entertaining! Staff was extremely pleasant and fast to please you.
Highly recommended for date night or company meetings. Romantic place..if children do come early for the happy hour specials 3-5pm. Has the "To Go" up front for your call in orders. Plus upfront parking for "to go" orders.
