I did the drive through not in store. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this location! The line moved so quickly and the drive through employee taking our order was incredibly personable, professional and efficient. We got a brunch order (hot items) with drinks for 3 people. And it was quicker than getting a few things at McDonald's. The food was perfectly warmed and fresh tasting and the drinks were exactly as desired. Definitely a good location with productive employees.

Service was excellent and everyone was working hard but this had to be one of the busiest Starbucks I ever went to it took about 10 minutes to get my entire order.

Starbucks has me dialed in perfectly. The drinks, the e-mails, the gold card, the stars, the promotions you name it they got your marketing data down which I respect. I wanna buy things that interest me and enjoy. I visit this star bucks on a regular basis, so much over 100+ times in less than a year since it's on my way to work. Better than Caribou? Absolutely. Now not to knock Caribou's products at all, after all they are Minnesota born but I hate to say Starbucks uses it's technology and marketing to keep customer loyal to the brand and coming back on a regular basis. The promotions and bonus programs are fantastic. If you work them you can earn all kinds of free stuff which I certainly take advantage of. I have had very few issues with this location, drive through times are usually excellent, friendly staff and consistent quality of product. Paying with your phone, auto reload of card, perks, quality of drink, yup I'm hooked but hey I have no problem supporting a business that values it's loyal customers so much that they do whatever it takes to keep you coming back. I respect the marketing effort and hassle of this company. I will see for god sakes bring back the Unicorn frap, I got it one day and that's it. I returned the next day and it was "sold out" at this store and never returned. It's magical just like a unicorn. Pumpkin flavors are now back just in time for fall, please please please can we get a Unicorn? Give this start bucks a drive, friendly staff, consistent service keeps me coming back. The paying with your phone and app is a forward way of thinking and while it adds up when your going so often, you forget about the price when your getting great service and product. Smart business decisions, I'm gold and plan to stay that way. Starbucks keeps up with the times and changes to adapt to market conditions.

The staff here is great. Very friendly and accommodating. When it comes down to it, seems like Starbucks are all the same. So the experience is all about the staff.
These folks are great.

I travel a lot. So many Starbucks I go to it seems the staff treats you as if you’re lucky they’re serving you.
Maybe that’s why some of these places push for unions - they’re just bitter and entitled people.

Fairly new to the area,very spacious and lots of seating.Getting to the establishment a little bit on the tricky side but over a very quiet and welcoming Starbucks!a

When I visited this location last week, Jacob helped me decide what to order because I don't visit Starbucks that often. He was honest and straightforward which I appreciate in any customer service individual. I loved the beverage so much I got a second one before I left. Thank you Jacob for introducing me to a new beverage!

Love this location! They are right down the street from me and I always stop either on my days off or on my way to run errands and my assistance dog, Stitch, is always in the car with me and they always treat him to a pup cup! Staff are very friendly and personable!

Newly remodeled made the space look much more open and perfect. Had some staffing issues but I love the new manager, upbeat friendly and charismatic. They always make my coffee the way I love it!

Messed up and ordered from a different location on the app, they comped the food here at no charge and were fantastic about it. Definitely recommend.

Im usually at this location during their peak, and for as busy as they are they get you through the drive pretty quick. & Sophie and whoever the voice behind the speaker is, are so sweet. Between the coffee and the great baristas, they always make my morning a little better :)

I ordered using the APP and could have went through the drive thru, line was to long so I went inside. They are always friendly and helpful. I've been going to this Starbucks since the store opened. I know if I needed help carrying my order to my car they would come to my rescue (I have to use a cane. ) Even with COVID-19 the staff is awesome.

Not my normal routine to go two days in a row. But I have to say, it was an excellent experience both days. The staff was different both days, so I figured it was a good comparison for a review. I used the drive thru. They were very courteous and you could tell by their voice, there was a smiling person on the other end. At the window I continued to see and hear the same friendly people. This makes my day, to see people enjoying their job. Kudos to the staff and management. It's a great team that works at this location.

Always great coffee and fast! Last Friday I did get a latte with no coffee just milk 😂 but I more laughed because that would be something I would accidentally do on a Friday just added some when I got home and all was good other than that have had no problems been going here for years. Make sure if you want protein boxes order ahead! Or be there before 8am they run out fast! They have a ton in stock but they still run out fast. Also make sure you sign up for the rewards program they are always doing double star days or bogo specials if you do and doesn’t take long before you get a free crafted drink or protein boxes

Amazing customer service, got drinks right which tends to not happen, and also on top of that made the drinks above and beyond.

I come here almost every day to write (for my dissertation). Not only is the coffee beyond amazing (rarely is an order made incorrectly, and if I don't know what I am feeling- the baristas offer suggestions for me!), but the personalities and social aspect of the employees are great. They make an effort to get to know you and your life. I have seen many students here studying, but more importantly, a lot of groups of friends here to socialize. They have made a safe environment for cultivating friendships and knowledge- a task not easily done, but very much appreciated.

Starbucks is almost always great. Cause they train the employees to treat the customer with a nice coffee and a smile. Starbucks is just always a coffee you can count on.

Great location. Always pleasant! Use the Starbucks App! Get stars for every purchase and earn a free item! You can also load your gift cards and a form of payment, at the register they scan your barcode once to earn stars, redeem free items and pay. It's great!

At the time of my visit, they were out of stock on my original order after I ordered ahead via the mobile app. But they offered to make an alternative drink or refund my money. I chose a different beverage and they had it made in less than a minute! Super fast, attentive, and pleasant. Thanks baristas!!!

One of the nicest Starbucks I have visited. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating inside. We were surprised at how large it was and how much seating is available. Sign in the window said capacity of 64! :O
