I just wanna give a shout out to the best of best sales associate who went above and beyond. Thank you a million to Selena Jackson who literally walked out the entire mall to the outlet store and matched a sku # of a recliner. Then, sprinted back to her own store and ordered us 2 recliners from Ashley furniture.... Selena... your the best!

We went there during the Presidents’ Day sale looking for a couch. We spent hours there, mainly because we are having such a good time with the staff. We ended up with two couches, A coffee table, a new kitchen table with six chairs, a new bed and frame. Emily and The entire team were awesome to work with. We love our furniture. Even the people who delivered it were professional, quick and efficient. We will always look for furniture here first.

Emily and Tyler took excellent care of us for multiple needs during our first visit to Becker Furniture. We truly had the best experience and are very appreciative of the quality time they spent with us. We don't have enough great things to say- thank you!! We will be returning here for our needs for the future!

A few weeks ago I was looking for furniture for a new place. So we decided to go to Beckers. One of the employees named Anisa Ahmed was amazing. She not only helped us by furniture she also gave us great choices in mind. All things to her our new place looks amazing!!!

Tyler was extremely helpful! I was shopping for a mattress, and he took the time to help me figure out what type I preferred. He took me to the Outlet store as well, and I found the right one and under budget! Tyler is very knowledgeable.

I was looking for chairs for our farmhouse table. Thank God Nielan was there. She patiently showed me a bunch of chairs while I pondered. Voila! She found the perfect ones.

Had the best experience furniture shopping at Becker in Northtown. Brought my whole family in to shop for living room set and kitchen table. The salesperson was absolutely wonderful! We were extremely indecisive and took forever to make a decision. The salesperson answered my questions with kindness and tons of patience. She was knowledgeable about the different fabrics of couches which helped me pick the perfect fit for my home that has pets. No pressure at all, she stayed totally patient even brought us all waters after we’d been there a long time because it was so hot in the store. I never once felt hovered over or pressured at all. Loved the entire overall experience. Definitely recommend

The staff at the Northtown store have been outstanding! They helped me get the product I wanted when it was on sale and when I wanted to exchange a table, they handled the exchange perfectly!

Excellent customer service. Lovely product, just what I was looking for. Ask for Rodrick Logan, he was excellent in keeping me on budget and getting the features, functions and quality that I insisted on! My company arrived yesterday and were raving about the new mattress this morning. Dream Cloud King Size. And, my grandkids loved the turtle and lamb stuffed animals!!! Thank you.

We recently just bought a purple mattress, and I can't express how thankful enough I am for the people that worked that day. Tatiana was the one who helped us and she was so informative and helpful and patient with me and my wife deciding what to get. The crew that night were so kind and stayed a bit after hours to make sure we were satisfied and helped us to the end. I'm so glad we chose to buy from here with these kind great workers.
