One of their plumbers(Dave), showed up on time.
He then proceeded to unravel the bag of snakes that was there from the previous homeowner. When he was done; where once there a sloppy burned mess, was now almost a piece of jewelry! On top of all that, he cleaned up after himself! Years ago, I had rental houses; & after dealing with most of the tradesmen back then, the one that showed up today was in rarified air!
He restored my faith in finding good help, & in mankind.

I was there twice about lightbulbs, very helpful and friendly staff both times. Nice selection on everything I was browsing, found interesting items. I loved the more personal old timey atmosphere better than the big box stores. Will be back.

My favorite hardware store to go to and very helpful when you need it. I was surprised when I was trying to replace the hose in my kitchen faucet that I couldn't find locally anywhere and went in there to get help making one. I was informed I could not duplicate that one but they had a new one in stock and the price was a few dollars less than online too!!

This has been my go to hardware store for a while. Basement flooded today and I needed a utility pump to remove the water. Lent it to me free of charge. I didn’t know free still existed in 2024. Anyway they’re always very helpful. Highly recommend.

I have my water heater replaced by the Trevarrow Plumbing. I had hired it for a couple of projects in the past. The price was competitive and the technician was capable and courteous. I would hire it again in the future.

Has a huge variety of repair parts than you can find in Home Depot. There are a lot of odd products which will help your project. Go outside the Depot.

Of course, the price is no match to the Home Depot. But price is not everything. These guys know the products they sell.

And I found their Benjamin Moor Regal paint is very good. The unique matte sheen is good balance between flat and eggshell. And the paint magically does not spatter out of roller or does not drip from brush. Expensive, but worth the money.

This location is always great!! I just had a complicated situation and it was handled swiftly by Dennis. Thanks Trevarrow Ace!! You did the right thing and I will continue to spend thousands and thousands of dollars at your location for decades to come.

I've been shopping here for years. All staff is personable and always happy to help. Even when they don't know something, they point you in the right direction, even if that means going to another business. I come here even when it might be more convenient for me to go to Home Depot or Lowes for the sense of community and honest help that I can get here. Staff take a genuine interest in projects, are happy to show you and help you find the correct parts. Everybody I have talked to here has been able to help me with my projects, chat with me, or guide me in some way, and has me leaving the store with a smile on my face every visit.

We recently needed some plumbing work done at our house. We hired Trevarrow for both jobs and we were very pleased with the results. Dave and Kevin were the plumbers sent and they were great. Not only are they both experienced and skilled plumbers but they are both polite, professional and very respectful of our home.

Can’t recommend this place an enough. The owner went way above and beyond to ensure my small project was completed without buying expensive tools for one time use.

My husband and I made multiple trips to Ace while we were figuring out the right shade of Benjamin Moore paint for our house. Emily was helping us with most visits and she has been such a joy to work with, she exemplifies what it means to be GREAT at customer service and hearing out customer needs. She was patient throughout the process and despite us facing challenges with getting the right shade of the sample, she offered us multiple solutions, was patient and empathetic during every visit. Emily's service and her empathy towards her customers will go a long way and I will definitely be a regular customer of Ace because of this experience. Thank you Emily!

Christine is the best! I had a hard-to-match exterior stain. She looked at several options and even made a couple of calls to make sure I got a match. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly.

We came tonight as a family to see Santa here and have a family picture with our pet Schnoodle. Santa was friendly and he did an AWESOME job! Thank You so much!

They have a good choice to pick from. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Phenomenal service. Came in to get a replacement for a leaky sink shut off valve, and when I showed them a clear picture of it, one of the plumbing guys actually recommend that I try to gently tighten the nut first. It worked, the leak stopped, I didn’t need to buy anything, and I saved myself a boat load of time.

They had almost everything I needed for my latest project and PLENTY of friendly, helpful staff to answer my questions. (They were out of stock on one particular drill bit that I wanted, but this issue was not big enough to knock off one star.)

The store is a bit compact, but the staff more than make up for it.

I went in with a leaking flush valve from my toilet after I had already bought one from Lowe's that didn't fit.

Ace not only recognized that we only needed a new rubber washer for the valve, but also helped figure out what else we needed to replace since we already disassembled the toilet tank.

Overall, the staff were eager to help and extremely knowledgeable with our issue.

Friendly and helpful neighhood hardware store. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door.
