I had a surprisingly positive experience during my recent visit. I normally dislike having to go to any SOS office but Keyera gave me the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a SOS. She was efficient, friendly, and provided clear guidance throughout the process. I had multiple transactions and they were all taken care of quickly without the feeling of being rushed. She was very attentive and had the utmost patience. The facility was also well-maintained. This was a smooth and hassle-free visit.

Nice big parking lot. Nice big open space inside, too. The greeter at the door is friendly and helpful. Easy to follow instructions. The counter staff is friendly and efficient too. Got my DL renewed and updated the photo. Make an appointment online - so easy and so quick!

The absolute best experience at a SOS!!! From the lady that greeted me upon arrival to the lady behind the desk. Everyone was so nice and friendly!!! Keyera was wonderful!!!! I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience. And not having to wait was a huge plus. We were in and out! WOW! Definitely would recommend this location!!!

Had a 11:10 am appointment and was walking out by 11:25 am. Grace and Rita were super professional and fast at getting my transaction done! Thanks!

My favorite SOS by far! The lovely greeter Keyera immediately welcomed me and gave me perfect instructions. She took my information down so fast and got me an appointment same day. I am SO HAPPY she sent me a reminder email IMMEDIATELY because on my way back for my appointment- I was pulled over for my tabs and BECAUSE of this email I was able to proceed back to the SOS with no problem! I am forever thankful for Keyera!!!!!

I had a 5-star experience today at the Secretary of State office in Troy, MI - thanks to the Manager Grace and her team. I have been having a difficult time trying to get my out-of-state car registered here in Michigan and after 2 long years, I was able to get my car registered. Grace you are awesome and thank you again!

I love this place!!! First I was greeted by
cute Keyera, What a breath of fresh air she is!!!! She is so friendly and helpful!!! Nent Mr.Bashar helped me out and he is his the nicest man I have meant in a long time!!!! He went above and beyond his job to help me because I had some money problems he helped me resolve them. What a nice kind man.

Keyera could not have been more helpful! She was very patient with a multitude of titling issues, including importation and state re-titling. I greatly appreciate her assistance!

This is the absolute best SOS/DMV I have ever been to in 3 states! The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. Walked in with no appointment, out within 15 minutes! They should teach the other locations!

Went in to get a license and was in out in like 12 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient. Appointments are the best thing that ever happened to the SOS.

I made an appointment to get a new vehicle registration and title at the SOS in Troy. Upon arrival, I was seen in less than 5 min.

Ms. Keyera was the best! There was an issue with the title that required an approval and I had to return another day. She tried everything and went above and beyond to help solving the problem. She even called me back the next day and helped me scheduling a last minute appointment.

Even though I arrived a few minutes before they closed, Ms. Keyera was very happy to help me again.

We had an appointment at 9:30 this morning. We walked in and were greeted promptly by a lady with an iPad who checked us in. We just needed to get a copy of our title. She directed us to the line in the middle of the office. We waited maybe 10 minutes, and were called to the counter. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful, friendly and quick. As someone who remembers the “old days” of spending hours waiting at the SOS, this experience was fantastic! Thank you SOS for getting things under control and making things much better.

I was able to book a next day appointment online with ease. I walked into the office and there was no chaos. There was a person at the front desk that provided clear guidance once I told her my appointment time and reason for appointment. I was in and out of my appointment to update a vehicle title in 10 minutes. This place has really improved.
