I will definitely go here for any type of clothing needs. Especially send anyone else I know... It was one of the worst times of my life losing my father. And needing something fast on limited funds, They helped me get some shirts, pants and a wonderful jacket that fit great. Better than I have had before. Mike L and roselle Q were phenomenal, And also the rest of the staff that helped me sons get outfits as well. He made a very difficult time. Have somewhat positive results. Thank you.

I stopped in to do a quick online return. Wow was I pleasantly surprised. The pants didn't fit as expected. The staff was very helpful, immediately asked what the issue was and within a minute said they have the correct size/color in stock. I tried them on, and they fit perfectly. The staff had two pair of pants tailored, while I waited. I was in and out with 20 mins. This was totally unexpected, but awesome!

I have been buying clothes from the Men's Wearhouse for years. The customer service and clothes quality is very good.

This is a great location with plenty of parking. It is easily accessible from Big Beaver or Rochester. Getting on and off I75 is a breeze to quickly get to this location.

Was in need of a fantastic suit at a great price. Ray was phenomenal and knowledgeable on what I needed beyond what just looked good. Ray is amazing. Ryan was an added bonus with his knowledge as well. Both helped me find amazing deals with education along the way. You have a great team going there. I appreciate the customer service and education to boot.

Just when I thought I was out of luck these guys came in clutch for me.

Men’s Warehouse in Troy is a great experience all around. I’ve had the privilege of getting assistance from ‘Stevie’, Jack, and Cruz when I have been in.

The environment is very clean and professional. While I was assisted by Steve, Jack, and Cruz most recently, I’d be more than comfortable with all the staff. Everyone is very friendly - greeting you and ensuring you have everything you need. If you need some formal clothing, or have a special event coming up, this is the place to be.

Steve is incredibly knowledgeable on all sorts of clothing, guiding me to additional options and helping me be more decisive (which is a problem of mine).

Jack was kind enough to assist me in preparing some new Oxford shoes I had bought (online). After trying to style the laces at home myself for over 20 minutes, I eventually gave up. I took them to Jack and he squared those away in minutes; making me look much more professional than I would have otherwise (keep that between us).

With upcoming engagement photos - I also had to pick-up a more formal coat. Cruz not only helped me find the right fit, but gave me some much needed guidance and educated me on additional styles.

I always return to Men’s Warehouse not only for the great selection, but the great team as well.

Such a great experience! Mike was a delight to work with, extremely patient as we navigated the looks for the groomsmen and then the groom. He gave us options, made sure we got the best deals we could and made the whole process that otherwise had been extremely stressful a pleasure and ease. Cannot recommend them enough.

Rented a tux from another location across the state. When putting it on and getting in my car the shirt started popping the studs! Turns out, it was a fitted shirt provided for what I will call an “unfitted”body. It fit fine as long as I was standing, but sitting was another story. Anyway! It was forty minutes from the wedding I was attending and we were thirty minutes away. We found the Troy store on line and called for directions to the store from where we were. The young woman, Jodi, gave excellent directions that got us to the store quickly. Walking in the front door, Jodi was waiting for me and she was then joined by Daniel. Those two people “took charge” of me! I quickly had four hands all over me. They took off the shirt I was wearing, quickly corrected the problem with another shirt, and skillfully redressed me and sent me on my way. They said several times: “We got you!” This was a wonderful experience! Daniel even knew how far the venue was I was heading to and assured me we would make it on time. We did. SO THANKFUL for Men’s Wearhouse and their national network and their wonderful employees Daniel and Jodi.

I'm a single mom and went there for my son's first homecoming. The guys who helped him out were amazing and I was able to sit back and not have to do a thing! We walked out with everything he needed and prices matched Burlington! Highly recommend!

When the Utica, MI store was so unhelpful where she would not order a new shirt to actually fit my husband, the father of the bride, I called the Troy store. Steve Evans was THE MOST HELPFUL! Over the phone he was able to order him a new shirt and have it delivered to the Utica store on the day of the wedding! Would never use the Utica store, but recommend Steve at their Troy, MI store!

Well upon entry into the establishment I was greeted from the employees that were standing in the back of the store completing tasks. I have a wedding to attend out of town and needed measurements. Gentlemen who unfortunately I didnt get a name but he expeditiously assited within minutes of entering the store. Very, very clean all staff members were professional it was a good introductory experience. I will certainly be back.

I’ve purchased a few items from this location, and have always received incredible service. Spoke to Adam this evening, he was absolutely on point. Not only did he provide me with options, he provided me multiple suggestions to “suit” my needs! Customer service at its finest. I highly recommend this location, ask for Adam, you will not be disappointed. Generally I’m in favor of Mom and Pop shops, but they treat me like family here. I’ll continue to conduct my dress business at Mens Warehouse of Troy. Thanks Adam! A+++

Cruz made it all easy and this is now my go to place for Tuxedos, hands down.

Amber is absolutely great! She helped me buy 2 suits—a subtly patterned navy suit and a pinstripe light gray suit. Not only did she help me find 2 suits in my low-end budget range—but she also found coupons on top of the discounted suits. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend. Funnily enough, I'll be returning in 2 weeks time to purchase a quilted vest she recommended I pick up.

Had a great experience! Adam helped me out with suits for my wedding. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. What I liked most was he was fast but I didn't feel rushed. I don't like shopping and Adam made sure that got what I needed with out undue fuss. Will definitely go back.
