This UPS Store is by far the best postal store I have been to. The owner is so warm and hands on and always greets you with a smile. Thanks for always making your customers feel so welcome even when they walk in late!

I love the way they take care of customer needs. I recommend this upsstore to everyone.

I was in such a desparate sitution when my rochester UPS closed at 7pm. I googled the next uPS store and came across the troy location. Bodrul was THE kindest and VERY understanding when I needed to get my package in asap.

He stayed 10 minutes extra while I broke a few laws getting here. Lol hahaha

He didn't even know me to do this for me.

I know this will be THE place I will go to if my stores is not available.

Good crew working at this UPS store. They're customer service friendly and get things done. Been using their mailbox service for years, good rates and quick service.

Quick service with two people working the counter. I came in for an Amazon return and was out the door in less than 2 minutes. This will be my go-to UPS store moving forward because of this speed.
There is a sign on the door clarifying their hours and I've uploaded a photo of this as well. They said they've been working really hard to get it fixed on Google maps but without a veil. So if you happen to go when they're closed on Sunday they really are very sorry, they just can't seem to get it fixed. As a Google Local Guide I have submitted the fix as well so hopefully it will be updated soon.

I travel quite a distance to use this location. This is the most professional and well managed UPS Store I have ever experienced. Helpful, pleasant and outgoing. Very business oriented with outstanding communication skills. If I have something that requires professional packing and guaranteed insurance coverage, I always make the drive to this location.

I used this UPS store to send a package internationally. It was supposed to reach in 5 days, but took over a month and a half due to bureaucracy. The store manager, Tyler, was very helpful with this issue. He went out of his way to make sure the package was delivered, and kept in touch until it was delivered to the recipient. I strongly recommend this store if anyone wants to send packages around the world!

They are always helpful, professional, great etiquette. I pay the extra dollars over USPS because I know I will be treated with kindness and respect. They're super quick and I never have to wait in line. It's worth it!

Mike was very helpful and efficient in getting some documents I needed faxed. Very happy with the service at this location much better than the one at Walton and Livernois in Rochester. I would rather go out of my way for much nicer employees and better service. Thank you Troy UPS store!!

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is one of the efficient UPS stores in Troy apart from the one oh Rochester Road. The notary service is also very appreciated.

They are open on Sundays too for the holiday season which is a very convenient for people who wants to get the shipping done in the weekend. The place is amazing, employees are great, knowledgeable and helpful.
