DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

My daughter and I loved this DSW location. It was clean, beautifully organized, and the customer service was top notch. Jewell was absolutely wonderful! She and the manager were so very friendly and helpful. This is the best DSW location I've ever been to, and I've been to at least 8 different locations.

Homecoming, Prom or just a school dance...we can always find what we are looking for and will make the travel for your extensive selection! Finally, a shoe store that understands not every woman wears a size 7-9 shoe! I'm a tall woman (pushing 6 foot) and therefore wear a larger than "average" shoe. I can always count on DSW to have my size (11) in a "cute" style heel at a reasonable price! Thank you for understanding that we all don't fit in a size 7!!

Associates were very nice and patient with all my coupons and questions. I got $95 (retail) sandals for $15, after coupons and clearance!

Heather was a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff person and the price I paid for Easy Spirit sneakers, was $25 less than what I used to pay at the Easy Spirit outlet, when it used to be at Hagerstown Outlets. Had to order my size, but was delighted when it only took 4 days to arrive at the store. Heather even called me to let me know that the shoes came in early. The store is even dog friendly, and they allowed our little 4-pound Papillon to run thru the aisles, like a tiny speed demon. Lol. He loved it, and he's usually extremely shy, and doesn't want to be anywhere but in our arms, being carried. All together a very great shopping experience!

Very clean store with upscale atmosphere. Helpful staff. Shoes for everyone in all price ranges. Fun holiday accessories. Huge parking lot.
