I just want to say, I was at the mall about an hour ago and there was an active shooter situation and my friend & I ended up getting locked in spencer’s. The workers were amazing & acted quickly. There was a worker there (around 7pm on June 8th) with black & red hair and piercings, Im not sure what her name was but she was SO amazing & so sweet, comforting and calm. She deserves to be rewarded for the way she reacted and helped to keep people calm. So thankful for the workers for getting us out safely and staying calm. THANKYOU!! Please recognize these employees & reward them for keeping us safe and calm!

Greeted and interacted with by multiple employees, and they had the masks we were looking for, and some rare socks that I didn't know I needed until I saw them
