Hagerstown Smiles Dental Care

This is my first time visiting Hagerstown Smiles and the experience was amazing. From the time I walked in, to walking out, everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The knowledge, professionalism, and care was fantastic. I’d recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great facility for dental care. Thanks to everyone for taking care of me. I don’t want to call names, because I don’t want to leave anyone out.

I have never been to a more welcoming dental office! From booking my appointment, to checking my cracked tooth, the entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. Terry was great. She got to know me and gave me a full tour. Kayla (Dental Asst) was so kind. Dr. Briggs made me feel at ease and took his time explaining the next steps to fix my tooth. They truly go above and beyond. If you want a pleasant dental experience and a team you can trust, I would highly recommend Hagerstown Smiles.They value their patients and it shows!

Nicest staff! They genuinely care about you and make sure you feel that when entering the office. I’ve had some BAD experiences in the past and they made me feel so welcome at my first visit. I definitely recommend this office to anyone

Hagerstown Smiles is the best dentist office around!! From the friendliest front desk employees, to the hygienist, the doctors and all the staff, this place has the best service and smiles all around. Love the atmosphere when you walk in and everyone is so friendly and helpful! It’s an amazing place! 5 star service

I had a tooth break down yesterday morning and they got me in last night to evaluate it. Turns out it was not an emergency, but the peace of mind of knowing what happened and getting the reassurance of what to do next was very comforting. My family and I have been happy patients of Smiles for four years and their service and knowledge have always been excellent, but this was exceptional!

Everyone is always extremely friendly. I took my 2.5 year old son with me for the first time and was nervous, but he did great and they were very understanding. They gave him a coloring book and crayons to keep busy.

First, let me say, my wife left a review under the same name. She talked me in to transferring to Hagerstown smiles I must say it was a great move. If you care about your teeth which they obviously do, I would definitely consider changing providers. I have lived in many states and different countries and I’ve never had a dental provider go so into detail like Dr. Brandon and Hygienist Corinne (sorry if I misspelled)and Megan.

When you first Step in to Hagerstown smiles office. It gives you the sense of a spa. The front desk ladies Katie & Terry were very polite, professional, and courteous. The entire process made you Feel at ease. So my recommendation is if you’re not happy with your current provider give Hagerstown smiles a try I think you’ll be very surprised. definitely will return every six months and thanks again to all the helpful employees at Hagerstown Smile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Brandon is a professional with a warm and caring manner. His staff is warm and caring within their own professional duties which they carry out so very well.

The staff are genuinely kind and always ready to take care of patients .

I always feel I get great treatment at Hagerstown Smiles. Brittany did a very thorough and professional job with my X-rays and cleaning today. Ask for the marshmallow polish and fluoride treatment. Met Dr. Briggs today who found no cavities! The office was beautifully decorated for Halloween. Vote for your favorite door. They make things fun! I belong to their discount plan instead of carrying dental insurance. This is a nice option to help you save money on your care. All said, great staff who really care.

I have been going to Dr. Bruce for a long time. He is fabulous and puts up with me. All the staff are caring, loving and very easy to talk to also. They all are great and I love them. I just was in last week and have to have a procedure done. I trust Dr. Bruce with what he says and I dont trust many people. I love you all and may our Lord continue to bless you all. Wonderful experience! The reception was warm & welcoming. The dentist hygienist was supportive & thorough. And the dentist, Dr. Brandon Burley was excellent - knowledgeable, patient, great communication & most importantly gentle! Highly recommend!

These people have he best customer service I have ever had a dentist.. My first visit was wonderful. They took lots of time with me, and made me feel comfortable and cared about. I now have a new " dental home". I highly recommend them.

Came here for a second opinion, which can be very awkward for medical personnel, but they handled it perfectly.

In general the staff is very kind. The dentist, Dr. Briggs, is very nice and very thorough on giving you the information you need to make health decisions.

All my kids felt so comfortable being here that my youngest daughter seeing her siblings happy getting cleanings decided on the spot she wanted an exam and they jumped on the opportunity with positive attitudes!

My cleaning was very gentle. I have sensitivity to the cleaning tool that does a faster job, but they kindly and without making me feel guilty, used the manual scraper. I’m so grateful. Going back soon for our six month.

Katie at the front desk is amazing! I had my very first appointment as a new patient with them and it went so well and so smooth! Everyone there is super nice!
