Love to eat here all the time, food and service is good. Nice and friendly server.

My husband and I came in one morning around 1 after a rough day. We were starving and thought of Denny's immediately (we love their burgers and chicken tenders and get their food delivered regularly). We had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Paul. He was the greeter, server and seemed to be running the place alone that night. He was incredibly personable, made sure our food was made just as we asked for, and would shout encouraging and positive words to the kitchen staff. We told him how much we appreciated the good service and what a great job he was doing. The food was delicious (as per usual). We highly recommend this Denny's!

All the times I've been here alone or with a friend have been for breakfast. We never had a bad experience. The employees are on top of things, like making sure I have enough coffee, we get seated at a clean table, and making sure our food is satisfactory.

The strawberry crepes breakfast was outstanding! I haven't had it in a while and was not disappointed. Everyone enjoyed their food, even my picky 4 yr. old grandson. Service was quick, and the server was very nice.

We were there late and we had a large group of teenagers with us, but the Denny's crew handled everything perfectly and everyone enjoyed the food.

Open 24 hours serving your breakfast and diner dish favorites. The service is always great here even when it's packed. Servers are attentive and friendly. Food is on point, never disappoints.

I have been to this location twice while visiting family, and both times have been a pleasant experience. Both times, the waitresses were kind, fast, and professional. The food was really good, too.

The meal was great. T-bone was tender and seasoned well.. ordered specialty pancakes 🥞 which were on point as well. Money well spent. I'll be back soon.

We're on a road trip and stopped by this Denny's for a brunch. This Denny's is very clean and very nice service. 👍 The food are all great (better than a few places we'd been to). Marked this location on our list to stop by again next time we head out this direction!

I must say, I love me a good waitress. I am a waitress myself, It takes a special kind of person to really be a magical waitress. My experience this week at Denny's was by far the best experience I've ever had in any other restaurant. There's a server there named Kayla, She shines like the sun and she flows like the river. I highly recommend if you go to Denny's and Hagerstown you request Kayla. She is a badass. She sure is good at what she does and her dad jokes are off the chart. I think I found my new best friend. Great job hiring her. The world needs more of her. There should be at her in every restaurant.

Love this place. Staff is always friendly and attentive. There was a mix up with my order during a shift change. I did not say anything about the delay. The server came out with my order and brought to my attention about the delay. She also comped my meal automatically - without me saying anything about the delay. That is prime example of GOOD Customer Service.

We had an excellent experience at Denny’s at the Hagerstown Md. location. Our server, Sierra, did an excellent job and we were very satisfied with our visit. Thank you Sierra for the great dining experience. You provided excellent service.

Fantastic Experience!! Our waitress Floressa (Flo) was phenomenal! Very friendly, had our drinks constantly full, brought our meals perfectly cooked (kudos to the chefs), and kept checking back to see if we needed anything. I also over heard another server thanking her for cleaning up a mess that the other server had made. She's truly an asset to your organization. Next time we're passing through we will stop & request her area. Thank You Flo & Denny's

Everything was great but the bacon was not cooked right and our waitress said the manager put his hands on her ,and she was very up set about it and he act like he was store his eyes all blood shot and he was not nice to our waitress

My server was Samaira J. She is one of the best, brightest and very observant server I have met @ Denny's. I think she would make a great assistant manager in the future. She takes pride in her work. She is also very respectful of the customers.

Pumpkin cream pancakes were delicious. Great service. Reasonable prices.
