Had the best experience last night with Raul as he helped my girlfriend switch over from T-Mobile to my Verizon plan and get an amazing deal on the new Samsung Galaxy 23 ultra. He was super pleasant and walked us through step by step and made sure to transfer over exactly what she wanted from her old phone. Raul really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience and new plan and device.

The young man who sold me an iPad and the new phone was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and excellent. The young woman who helped me when I picked up the new phone was also great and friendly. I would recommend both of them and the store to everyone.

Raul is the best...Even though it took a while, he got me the phone I wanted in the color I wanted when everywhere else it was out of stock. He went out if his way to find me one. Other staff seemed friendly too. Store very clean and adheres to Covid protocols. Highly recommend this location.

The place was very clean they all made me feel safe during these hard times. Everyone had a mask on and they helped us from 6feet apart. The gentleman Raul who helped us was very attentive and he answered all our questions we had. I would recommend anyone to go to this location. Great staff and a friendly atmosphere.

Raul from Woodrow was extrely helpful. He also helped my friend. He also stayed within COVID guidelines and safety measure which I was happy to see. He Ben waited for my mother to sell me money lol Def a better experience than the SI MALL which actually was the worse Verizon experience Since the Richmond ave version is closed I will def utilize this one again
