I'm so glad that we have this store in my town. They have a great selection of tools and supplies, and they are reasonably priced. The staff are knowlegable and helpful.

We will NEVER step foot in this establishment again! We have a older gentleman (70s) that runs for parts at our shop. He was at this location on Friday September 6. He could not find that bolt he was looking for at this location. He asked to use the phone to call back to the shop. He forgot his cell phone. We are 20 miles away. The worthless customer service person refused to let him use the phone at their store. He explained the situation but the guy still refused! I will tell everyone I know not to give this place any of their business!

Went to get bolts sign on door store not allowing customers in because of covid-19 call number on sign. Called was told you don't have an account order online ship to you! I needed the bolts today dummy I didn't drive 22 miles to shop at your store. If I wanted to pay to ship to my place bolts are less expensive elsewhere, why have a retail location!!!
