We went in to look for a new freezer. We glanced through and were going to leave to make our decision when staff member Jarrett, came to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances and very personable. He helped us pick out the perfect freezer for us and arranged for us to receive it in just two days! Great store, great selections and great prices, all with an amazing staff!

Great Christmas decorations here. As usual we could find all the home appliances and stuff we needed. Good store located in a great spot.

This lowe's location is located on rt 31 in Brockport ny.
The parking lot is clean and safe with handicap parking close to entrance.
The interior of this lowe's has a clean appearance and plenty of items needed for your home or business.
I love fall looking at all the holweeen things they have for sale.
The employee who help me are always friendly and helpful.
Great job to all the employees and owners who help keep my home looking nice 👍

This is a good location.
Their is always Staff around if you need help, unlike the Orange Box Store.
Lowe’s always seems more tidy and cleaner.

As far as Lawn & Garden Lowe’s Choices are of more reliable brands then the Orange Box Store.

I drive to this Brockport location which is slightly further than another one, because of the Staff here…

Correna went over and above to help me when I was looking for my phone in my car and even called it. for me. Employees like her make the experience at Lowe’s a memorable one.

No matter what I'm shopping for, I always have to make a trip through the tool aisle and the electrical aisles. I also like that they offer a military discount and a few spots for veterans parking.

One of the best places to ever have a job or buy home improvement items. I will not go anywhere else

Normally, I have what I need in stock, not as much theft as some of the other home improvement stores in the area.

We were in desperate need of a new washing machine and looked everywhere online and read a million reviews. We narrowed it down and called the store first to make sure they were in stock. Patrick was amazing and ran back and forth to let us know the inventory. When we arrived, Patrick answered every single one of my questions. I had a lot because I didn’t want to get stuck with a washer like my old one. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciate the time he took to help us. They helped my husband load it on the truck and I spent a glamorous evening catching up on laundry!
We definitely recommend this Lowe’s location!

Mike is the man. Was back and forth to Lowes atleast 4 times and he fixed my problem in under 10 minutes. Promote that man.

I enjoyed a very pleasant and positive uplifting happiness vibe from a wonderful cashier named Mary at the contractors entrance. She went above and beyond her duties to make our visit and checkout experience go as smooth and efficient as possible. We spent close to $900. I would greatly appreciate it if the store manager would mention her positive achievements in the next store meeting. If I myself was the manager I would discuss a merit raise in her near future. And have her train all new employees!! Thank you very much.

The young man that works in the flooring dept. at the Brockport NY store is outstanding. He knew exactly what he was talking about, he was patient, and super friendly. I highly recommend this location, I just wish I could recall his name .

Took a Lil while to figure out the pricing on 3 5/8 Plwoood slabs. Better customer service.

Excellent assistance from Patrick in appliances at the Brockport store while selecting a new washer on Tuesday. Delivery was on Thursday that same week, during a period of freezing rain. Despite the weather the delivery guys were prompt, professional, and very pleasant. Very happy with our purchase and the great service bot in-store and for the delivery.

Not used to such exceptional customer service. What a pleasure his name was James, and by fire, one of the nicest professional young man in the store just wanted someone to know that he’s excellent.

During my visit today I needed assistance cutting a few sheets of 3/4 hardwood and Aj Gminski helped me out from the Pro Desk. He was unbelievably professional and all of the cuts are absolutely spot on. I would recommend Aj to anyone needing assistance or knowledge for a project. Thanks again 👍

Able to find what we needed and also was helped by a young man who was busy stocking the shelves but stopped and asked us if we needed help. He was very helpful and friendly.

Always helpful and polite. One of the few stores that will give veterans a discount and even a reserved parking spot. A great way to say thank you to those who have served.

Service started off a little Rocky, but our server did a wonderful job, content with our orders, there was 5 of us, and we enjoyed her company. Food was out of this world, and price was reasonable.. When I'm back in the area, will definitely stop in again!!
