Tracy Muller was exceptional in every way!! She was accommodating in letting us come in later in the day and went out of her way to make sure we were able to get every incentive available. She juggled us buying 2 vehicles at the same time like a pro! On top of all of that, she was very friendly! I would recommend her implicitly anyone buying a Chevy in the near future. By the way, I love my new Trax RS! It’s perfect!

The buying experience was great. The sales dept was very easy to work with. Tracy Muller was our sales professional, She made this so easy by working around our schedules and finding the car we wanted. Finance was another great experience, I don't remember his name but he was easy to talk to and explained all of our options so we could understand.

Service was great! Young man we dealt with went above and beyond. I had a little blood sugar and he reacted immediately.

Sales really took care of me. Down to earth and no B.S. Did the whole deal (#s) over the phone. And the number was the number when I went to sign.

We purchased a used truck & picked it up Tues. Wed the oil light came on the truck was down 3 quarts. They got us in immediately & fixed the problem.

Service was a reasonable amount of time. Service person was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Ability to pay on line is a bonus!

She listened to our concerns and was quick to address them with no hesitation. Also, she had a great knowledge about the vehicle that we purchased. I have now purchased 2 trucks from Mike Dorsett over the years and I could not have had a better experience. My recent purchase went incredibly smoothly and there were a couple minor things that needed to be addressed after I took ownership. There was no existing warranty (the truck has 100K miles) and they took care of it free of charge.

She answered all my questions, went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the deal, and was a lot of fun to work with. If anyone asks me to recommend a car salesperson you know Samantha is tops on my list.
