The whole process with D'Angelo's plumbing was easy and professional. From setting the appointment, getting financing and any pre-engagement work needed, it was a smooth process.Working with the project manager, David, he made sure we had the proper equipment for our older home. While his team was here, they were courteous and professional. We had an excellent experience and we would highly recommend the D'Angelo's Plumbing and Heating!

I was able to get an appointment within a day. I'm in a manufactured home and the majority of plumbing companies will not service them. D'Angelo's does. The repairman was Jim and he was great. He diagnosed our problem and had it fixed within an hour.

The diagnosis was fast. The initial manager, Eric, listened, explained, and spent extra time to make sure all would be OK until the work was performed. The team was dispatched the following day. The work they did is fantastic! So professional. Made sure everything was back in place and working.

No hot water. Not what you want to hear on a cold morning. Or ever. Called D’Angelo’s. Prompt response. Jim came by 8:30, confirmed my expectations- time for a new hot water tank. Quickly arranged for delivery and installation for later that day and drained the old one to expedite the install. Brandin and David arrived by 1:00, did the install and removed the old tank. Gone by 2:30. But, didn’t sound right, like the gas flow was struggling. Called and spoke with Eric. He came right away. Soon determined same issue with furnace and gas fireplace. Problem with delivery of gas to the house. Eric offered to speak with RG&E if needed. I then called RG&E. To my amazement, they sent someone right out. They found an issue with the meter and replaced it and tweaked a few other things, tested after with all gas appliances running- all good and gone by 5:00. So glad Eric was so responsive and helpful. Who knows how long it would have been a problem otherwise. The D’Angelo’s guys were great. Sent a text each time that they were on the way, totally careful with floors,etc., cleaned up, ensured all questions were answered. A great experience solving an obvious and also a not so obvious problem. I will definitely use their services again!

I had a new replacement toilet installed, along with a bidet on a different toilet. The plumber, Jim, was professional, on time, courteous, efficient, and friendly. Every time I've had any work done by D'Angelo's, they have been reliable and have delivered quality work. They generally stick to the estimated price, or have a good reason if they suggest any changes. They show up when they say they will. They don't try to upsell. Their people are helpful and help take the stress out of home repair jobs.

We were out of town, fortunately the backup system D’Angelos installed worked beautifully! the alarm went off, alerting our neighbor. Since we were away, I called on Eric to help us out. He came immediately, found that the sump
pump needed to be replaced. I have worked with Eric on other projects, gave him the go ahead. All this done over the phone. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle things in my absence.
