Sabrina at store was very professional in listening to what we were looking for and providing a solution. Delivery was excellent as well. Plenty of prior communication leading up to delivery, and received several messages day of delivery, even 10 minutes before arrival time. Very helpful with not having to sit around for 3 hours waiting on someone to show up.
Very positive experience, l will certainly do business with VC in the future.

The wife and I didn't purchase anything. More-so shopping for a picture to accent our living room. The staff was very polite and helpful, yet not bothersome. We had the added pleasure of seeing a beautiful fur baby while there!

I came in to look around and had a very pleasant experience. Lori was so great to work with! She has a great personality. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad I came in and would recommend her to help anyone looking to buy new furniture.

Very quick response when walking in the door however didn't feel pressured. Brent is the man to see he was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! He even called after our delivery was made to thank us for the purchase and ensure that everything went well! Sabrina helped my mother in laws find the perfect couch. She has been THE MOST helpful person at Value City so far. Would definitely ask for her to help you. She answered all of their questions and was very nice.

Great and easy shopping/ordering experience in store with Lori. Advised on stronger foundation with bunkie boards for the bedroom set and was very knowledgeable about how to opt into the care plan (and acknowledged that it was optional so that you can call back in and add it on within a certain time frame if wanted). Thanks for the help. :)

Louis was so amazing! He helped me purchase a new mattress and it was so stress free! I had been searching everywhere for one that was affordable and decided to try Value City. Louis’ personal skills were wonderful and he was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

About a year ago my wife and I we went to VCF to pick out a new bedroom suit for our then 11 year old! Brent was phenomenal! Our son was with us and Brent was even engaged with our son during the transaction! Due to the phenomenal customer service that we received, we decided to go back to look for new furniture for our new home. During this trip we ended up working with Lori. She did not disappoint!! The service she provided was excellent!! Our first visit was just to get an idea of what we were thinking about getting. Lori was so great that we went back a few days later to make sure that we purchased our furniture with her!! If you are in the market for new furniture, you absolutely need to go to VCF and find either Brent or Lori!

We'd just like to share that Sam our salesman made everything right, above and beyond actually. Andrew the general manager personally called and got everything set. And we are happy as ever with our purchase and experience.

I love their bedroom furniture. This is the second bedroom set from them. The last from 2003 and now this one. The old one is still in wonderful condition. I love my new stuff as well
