Wendy's

My husband picked my order for me and I placed on the app without issues. The food was still hot. And I didn’t have a cashier informed me they’re only serving spicy nuggets and fries for the rest of the night.

Unlike the other Wendy’s on Main Street and Hamilton. The location is the worst experience and poorest customer service because unwanted flirtation and lazy cashiers not willing to cook certain foods at a certain time.

This location has always been pleasant. I rather have great customer service than long wait times.

The best, most reliable, well-staffed Wendy's that I know of. If you have issues with the service at this particular Wendy's, you are probably the problem in your own life.

The staff was very pleasant and made sure we were satisfied with our orders.

Very good food, hot and fresh. Miss Monique was very sweet and a great worker. Need more hard workers with good attitudes like her. Thank you for the great service ☺

Atmosphere achieved it's goal because it's just like any other Wendy's lol. Food and service is good unless you go from 5:30-8pm

The crew that was there was great. The french fries was the best fries that I have had in a long time. I told the manager so.

I had a great experience having breakfast here, my own hometown doesn't have a Wendy's breakfast so I was new here. See the difference in the menus was also interesting, and I definitely like to not be scimped on some sauce! You all did great, don't sell yourselves short... 🤤😅🥰😉

I Love their hamburgers 🍔😋, real 🤤 meat

They give away free Frostys between 3 and 6 just say Please it's The Truth.

Thank you very much to the gentleman taking the orders today. I advised that I often order diet Sprite and almost always receive the regular Sprite. He assured me it would be the diet version and it was! Thank you for the fantabulous customer service!!!! As a diabetic, I was heard and felt seen!

wendys is a first choice every time. and this one has never forgotten an item from my order and the staff is always pretty nice. the screen thing in the drive thru got stolen tho but the speaker still works so if you go just be mindful of that

The staff there are always very friendly and strive to give customers there a great experience. I have 4 young kids, it can be stressfulI to have a larger order along with modifications, they’re always so patient! I have been to some of their other locations with less than satisfactory service, I have nothing bad to say about this one! Thank you to each of you there!!

The lunch team is AWESOME!! The food is always perfect and hot. The service is always top notch. I just had a young man ask me if I wanted the natural lemonade or the minute lemonade. This is the first time anyone has ever asked- which I didn't know they had options. Those little details and attention to details is why this Wendy's is the BEST in Ohio!!(I travel daily and visit many cities) Great job and keep up your GREATNESS!!

I've been eating at this Wendy's since 1989 yes for over 33 years on and off. I gotta say they rarely have ever gotten my order wrong. The service is good and fast, the food has always been tasty, the drive thru lines go quick, the dining room is always cleaned and stocked full of condiments and always friendly workers inside. What else can I say this Wendy's has hit out of the park for a long time. That's why this place is always busy its quality food served fast. I have seen the rise and fall of many restaurants in the area here in Reynoldsburg and this Wendy's has stood the test of time. Can't say the same for Swensons across the street that place is always dead.

I asked for two spicy sandwiches, dropped fresh and not only did they oblige me, but the energy and atmosphere was a welcomed change of pace. They were knocking out the line of customers in the drive thru, motivated by the manager or MOD, being friendly with everyone they interacted with inside and out, and my order was accurate. Best Wendy's since the original downtown.

Staff was friendly. They didn't have any problems with me changing my entire order. They were fast and never missed a beat. The food presentation was similar to what you see in the pictures. I went through the drive through but I don't think I can mention enough how fast and friendly they were.

Never understood the hype of the competitions french fries !!! I will take WENDY'S french fries VS any fast food restaurants any day ! Infact I don't order fries at another place other than Wendy's now that I think about it ! Same with salads... If it isn't a Wendy's salad .. yeah, I'm good keep it ! Never understood growing up " Why my Dad always had to have Wendy's" now that I am an adult & making my own decisions ... " I understand why, Dad always had to have Wendy's" ... " IT'S THE BEST " !!!

Very clean , my food was phenomenal and my cashier was very polite even after working a long day.
