Caitlin was outstanding today! She showed me the best ways for me to use my cell phone self budget dollars and I got everything I wanted in my phone and watch. She was interrupted several times but never lost focus or left me wondering what was happening.
It would be so helpful if you had a new phone orientation booth established for older adults to view. It would also be helpful to separate customers into service needs and new phone needs.

I drive completely out of my way to go to the Verizon store in Centre, Alabama. The service is excellent and their staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Don't go to the big stores in the bigger towns, trust me, you'll love the personal service in Centre.

My phone was old,everything stopping, so I needed a new one. They set me up, took a while to transfer everything over, because my phone kept acting stupid. They were friendly. I think it was actually the manager that helped me. I will suggest them to anyone who needs help with a new or existing phone. Thank you for everything.

I walked in this store and Sierra came right over to help me. Asked what I was looking for today? I have always been an Android user but wanted to try out Apple. She was very knowledgeable of both brands. I am in love with my new I phone x. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

The manager kaleb helped get me a new iPad. I went to a different store in gadsden earlier and ended up leaving cause it felt like I was being rushed. He sat there with me and explained everything in detail and was super helpful. If you need anything ask for him!
