Love that they allow pets, been a life saver during this cold terrible weather since water is frozen at home.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Bright parking lot,clean room, hot water, superb! The housekeeping staff, sally and bb go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The gentleman at the front desk was just as kind. The world needs more like this place. I’d travel out of my way to stay here again. Loved it! Best part of Centre Alabama ❤

Excellent customer service!!! Very nice. Definitely took care of our needs. Expedia did not reserve my room and I arrived to no room. BUT the owners got me into a room. Im so very thankful. Definitely will be staying again.

5 Stars-February 16, 2021 Bobby Patel, young man whom checked me in this evening went over and beyond for my stay. I forgot to note on my reservation that I needed the first floor due to my back. At first he didn't have a room available, but he was able to put me on the first floor and upgraded my room at no extra charge. My room was very clean, and equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. So I've been pretty impressed so far ☺ Thank you Bobby for AWESOME service 😁

Awesome Place to stay, the owners are wonderful people and a joy to be around, thank you for looking out for my Jaguar, cant wait for my next visit.

The rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly. I've stayed her many times and never had a complaint.

Carpet and walls are clean. Beds are soft and clean. Finally a place with a decent shower head (unfortunately not removable but multi-function) with really good water pressure. A/C blows ice cubes [even if the fan turns off when it reaches the set temperature regardless if you have it set to "on" high/low works it just doesn't stay on indefinitely (does it's job just doesn't help someone who likes the fan on) good staff. Wifi was a bit on the touchy side but they were working on It during my stay.

Totally would give a million gold stars. The kindest people in the universe run this hotel. It's very clean and well kept. This is by far the best hotel in this or any area. I have literally NEVER been treated with such kindness by managers/staff. They make sure everything is to your liking. They care for their community who may be guests or for visitors who may be guests. The reception, regard, and warmth is amazing. Mr. Singh and company are gracious hosts, attentive to detail, and generous. These are the kind of places we need to keep open in our communities because they are the heart and soul of a great interaction with the town and townspeople. I am not sure if management has been here for long but they absolutely should stay. Maybe it sounds silly to many, but my stay here taught me a lot more about the area and quality people here than 10 years of living in a house in the community did. If you want the best experience, the kindest treatment, to view the soul of rural America and, if you must, do some fishing, then consider no other destination. I will never forget my stay nor the valued people I met here. Come for the fishing; stay to recharge your soul. Also, be sure to chat up your hosts because they are genuine and caring. Stay here first. Thank me later.

Great place to stay when in centre convenient to all surrounding areas including Walmart and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the handicap accessible rooms are some of the best that I have ever stayed in. Only complaint no pool but ur a stones throw away from the lake

This past weekend they had a customer appreciation evening. They cooked out for all the guest, sang karaoke, and played Cornhole.The managers Bobby and Kinjah are truly awesome!!!!

Excellent customer service. Clean rooms. Although restrictions have been put in place from Covid 19, they still made sure to offer breakfast. They were very understanding and accommodating. Will definitely go back.

I travel alot for work, this has been by far the most pleasant stay I've had, housekeeper BB, has been amazing my room is always clean and tidy everyday, added bonus this hotel is very pet friendly, BB goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is ok and happy everyday while I'm at work, I wish I could take this hotel and staff with me everywhere I go.

A representative from my company stays here for one night every two weeks on business. We need special accommodations for a special vehicle. I had room 212 and everything was great from check in to check out. I can only review for the front desk and the room. I did not eat breakfast here.

I stay here often. Would recommend to anyone. Nice large rooms, always quiet, and always clean. Owners are extremely nice. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel.

Very clean and quiet place for stay. If you are light sleeper than this is best place. Friendly staff. They do offer continental breakfast in the morning.

We rent 123 smoking room it was nice and clean . And frant dest was super nice and helpful for handicap ppl . I'll definitely come again. And yes breakfast also is super good and yummy.

I have never experienced such good customer service anywhere!!I love the way the rooms are set up. Perfect for families. I would definitely stay again!
